This is eclectic because a home was built around a 1960’s existing single wide ! perfect for a family of five to explore the Boyne Highlands area, Harbor Springs, Petoskey State Park Beach and Petoskey. Also a great getaway for two couples with all the great amenities nearby. This home has 3bedrooms, 1 king , 1Double, 1single
This is eclectic because a home was built around a 1960’s existing single wide ! perfect for a family of five to explore the Boyne Highlands area, Harbor Springs, Petoskey State Park Beach and Petoskey. Also a great getaway for two couples with all the great amenities nearby, or a family with children

Great place for base camp!

This was the perfect t place for 4 adults to stay while exploring Michigan! Great place to stay and visit, great outdoor and indoor spaces. Plenty of parking space for out 2 trucks and Harleys.

Nice Place

I only stayed for one night, but the place was clean and nice. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate a quick reservation, and the communication was great.

A lovely and perfect spot for an adventure with your friends and family. Rick seriously thought of everything - from the utterly charming decor, to the functionality of the rooms, to the carefully selected amenities, to the CLEAN CLEAN CLEANLINESS - to the incredibly creative use of every single space - this place is a charmer on charming steroids. Rick was a champion of a host - super communicative and kind and flexible. TEN STARS!

Great place to stay for skiing

The house worked out very well for our group of five for a skiing weekend, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I don’t have any complaints. It has a great front porch area to keep our ski equipment, and the whole transaction was as smooth as can be.Thank you!

Luxury cabin

The property was more than expected, rick was so accommodating. I visit each year and will definitely be reaching out to this property. A few things that can be added to make it better but over all loved. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

Clean and convenient place to stay

Myself and a few of my friends found Rick's rental as a last minute motorcycle/lake trip. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen has everything you need, a very nice updated bathroom, and a comfortable living room area. The yard has a great fire pit and is just a nice spot to hang out. Super convenient to Harbor Springs, and The Tunnel of Trees. Just a short drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey. Will stay here again, no question. Thanks Rick!

Location is right!

Love the outside lights at night! Made our arrival so welcoming. This is definitely a great spot to stay if you’re skiing at Nubs Nob. Literally just around the corner. The place is very cute, in an eclectic kind of way. Check in was easy and snow was plowed, plenty of turn around space in the driveway. The third bedroom is behind the other two, so have to go through one or the other to get it but it wasn’t a problem for us. Just something to keep in mind for a larger party. Rick was an awesome host, very easy to communicate with and had a quick fix when the wifi went down. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. My bed (master) was very comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future.

Cute cottage but uncomfortable beds

Excellent central location for whatever you want to do nearby or further up north. Size was good, enough bedrooms. Only detractions were uncomfortable beds and the bad luck to have hot humid weather with no air conditioning. Other than that, property was very nice and host was super cool.

Great spot to stay!

Wonderful stay! Cute cozy cottage with plenty of space and all the amenities you would need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
