Come enjoy this secluded, end unit, condo in Harbor Springs. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is comprised of three floors, two decks, and a patio. The main level offers a living room with natural fireplace, dining area, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, half bath, and access to a comfortable covered deck with beautiful views of the sunrise. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, a master suite that has a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck, and an en suite bath that includes a large soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. The lower level walk-out includes a living room, which has a queen size sofa sleeper, a bedroom with a queen bed in it, a 3/4 bath, and laundry room.

Be sure to take a short walk to the Offield Viewlands Nature Preserve next door which has miles of extraordinary walking and bike trails, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Just steps from the condo is the new (summer 2025) heated community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), basketball courts, pickle ball court, and children playground.

Located in a prime location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, you are only minutes from the Petoskey State Park, Ski Hills, World Class Golfing, Lake Michigan, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Condo with an amazing view!! Very close to Nubs Nob, which was huge for us. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. I originally put in the wrong date and Patrick was wonderful about helping me get it changed! Would stay again!!

The condo was comfortable and well sized for 8 adults. We had everything we needed for a nice visit. Location served us great for the fall color tour; and the surrounding area was nice to walk, with nature and a bit of elevation change.

Great condo with a central location. Not huge, but more than enough room for 3 couples to stay! Kitchen was well equipped, which was wonderful! Plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication was beyond great! I could not rate the pool as we did not use it at all. Beautiful sunrise from the deck!

The condo was nice. There was alot of unfinished painting around the windows. Kinda looked like they weren't finished with a remodel. The location was great. We had a drain fly issue. There were quite a few flying around. It still worked out great for us. We can't rate the pool because it was to cold to swim.

The house overall was clean, but did have a slight musty odor. The location of the property was great. Internet was spotty and def need better instructions on how to control the television. We did eat at your recommended restaurant, Douglas Lake steakhouse, and it was spectacular! Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Nestled in the woods, this property provides a peaceful and relaxing environment, and is also close to downtown Petosky and Harbor Springs, Petosky State Park and many other places to see. Beautiful home and would highly recommend! Patrick was very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return!

The house was very well equipped for those of us who cook in and the grill was in excellent condition that we really enjoyed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean but maybe because of end of season but the floors in the kitchen and living room needed a good washing. I really would have like to rate cleanliness at a 4.5 Please be aware that there is no access to the upstairs bathroom except through the master bedroom. I was unaware of this and the property cannot accommodate 3 couples and there is not eating space for 6 adults. Again a 4.5 would have been a better rating

This a great property for multigenerational family. Close to skiing and situated perfectly between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We really enjoyed the hummingbirds from the multi level decks.

This was a greatPlace for families with young children. Playground and courts were a great addition. The pool was not available but we still Played pickleball and at the playground. Having allThe toys for beach and pickleball wasFantastic! The s’mores maker was a wonderful touch! W really had a fabulous vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation!

This place had it all. Space for our family of five and close to all the summer activities we were looking for. The hiking and biking trails literally right outside the door were an added bonus. Patrick was super responsive and accommodating to make sure our stay was a great one!

We had an awesome stay and would love to return at some point. But we were disappointed the pool was shut down and we had no communication that it was. Especially since the description showed it had a community pool.

Comfortable Stay

This condo was well stocked in both kitchen and bathrooms. It was a very comfortable place to land after a full day on the slopes. It had everything we needed and more. We all slept like babies and left rested. Thank you.

Perfect!

We had a great time staying here for our long ski weekend. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate bar. Great location, clean, and cozy.

Nice Stay

Very clean, nicely decorated and close to Boyne Highlands and Nubs. Everything was nicely appointed with things like a couple of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, travel sized shampoo and the like. Only one potential caution which was not an issue with our group. There are many stairs and the hardwood is dark and some of the stairs not always well lit; it may pose a problem to some with eyesight challenges.

Lived up to the hype

We went up to ski at Highlands and while the weather didn’t really cooperate, the location of the condo and the entire process of checking in and checking out couldn’t have been better. Thank you for opening up your home and allowing us to stay.
