Bunk house 28 is great for Families or Groups. Unwind in Harbor Springs at this charming condo. With 3 cozy bedrooms and a loft including 2 Queen, 1-full, 2 twin beds, Bunk beds with 2 additional twin beds and a twin day bed with a twin trundle pull out bed, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, Dryer, WiFi, and AC during your stay. The 2 bathrooms offer a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Cozy for a family of 4 or a group twice that, we're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. Living room has LoveSac couch. Northern Michigan has hard water, we have installed a Filtered showerhead in the lower level bathroom to promote softer skin and softer hair. Paperwork is very important, only Charmin in this Condo!

Great place to stay for our two family ski trip and would consider staying again at similar pricing if available. All the kids loved hanging out upstairs we only saw them when it was time to eat.

Host was very welcoming and flexible with our visit. The condo was perfect for our family - tons of sleeping accommodations would have allowed us to bring more family members! There was also a great selection of board and card games that kept our kids entertained when we were hanging around. Would not hesitate to stay again!

There was not enough toliet paper and no coffee. There are not enough regular size coffee mugs or plates for ten people, which is what the condo sleeps. The neighbors were loud as the walls are vey thin. Otherwise, the condo served our needs. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were great!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.One small minor hiccup was that the washer stopped working during our visit, which was a little inconvenient, but we were only there a few nights.Chris was quick to respond and said he was scheduling a technician to come out. Aside from that, everything was great. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed rental!

Great for Families

This condo was great. So many options for sleeping arrangements! It was clean, updated and comfortable. They had tons of bath and beach towels which was greatly appreciated. Location next to the soccer field was great for the fam to run around on. Beautiful porch to relax on. We hope to book this one again in the future!

Great Weekend

Chris was a spectacular host. Very quick to respond to questions and provided all necessary information before I could even ask for it. The condo was super clean and well equipped with everything you would need. A ton of games for hanging with the kids, spacious seating, kitchen supplies and the home was overall super comfortable.Thank you!

Winter get away was perfect!

We stayed here during February. The listing is accurate to actual experience! We stayed as a family of four but are looking for additional dates to bring the grandparents back in the summer. Lots of space to sleep, and very clean! Owner left us some a few extra items (water hand warmers et ) which was a an unexpected nice touch. We have rented several other units in this complex and this was the best yet. Would definitely stay again!
