The place is clean, updated, and comfortable. The assigned off-street parking is wonderful. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The host was very friendly and replied promptly. We would stay there again.

The host was clear and communicative. The property was clean. Location is near everything I wanted to get into. The only thing I’d like to “warn” you about is, if you don’t like soft pillows like the ones at hotels, probably bring your own. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your having stayed with us. We take any client's concerns to heart when we are made aware of them. In the several years that we've had these three properties we've had no one ever bring up a concern about our pillows but more than happy to purchase other ones to leave at the unit for guests to use if they'd prefer a 'different feel' although bringing your own pillow to assure you have what you're comfortable with is always a great option too!

The townhouse's location was great. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit was very clean and spacious, and the host responded quickly to questions. Everything was great. My only suggestion would be to add a TV in the 2nd bedroom.

Great experience. The property was clean, wells stocked with essentials, great location, and the host was proactive and responsive from check-in to check-out, and if we needed anything, which we didn't, I am sure he would have taken care of it immediately. Overall a great stay.

This property was well furnished, well supplied and well located. Most important to satisfaction is how promptly the hosts respond if there's an issue. An exterminator was needed after just a few days to address insects. The hosts were quick to respond but shared walls with an unmanaged adjacent unit may mean the hosts can't do more than they did. Family members housed in this unit were nevertheless appreciative of the hosts' efforts.

Thank you, William, for having had your family stay with us on their recent trip to Raleigh. As you note, one wall of the unit is shared with the adjacent property that recently sold. Further, these units are from the 1950's and being in the South and depending on the weather we do get palmetto bugs from time to time. We appreciate guests letting us know whenever they see an issue and we promptly will respond with additional pest control. We also reached out to the HOA to have the crawl space treated as well as the property. I'm glad your family appreciated the response and do hope that they'd stay with us again on any future trip to Raleigh.

The owners have taken great care with their decorating. It’s so nice to stay where the indoors is tasteful. The beds are the coziest with duvet covers that are clean for every guest. Also there are plenty of pillows for a pillow nut like me. We were able to walk to Cameron Village several times and also walk in a nearby park across the street. Great location!

À propos de l’hôte

Image de profil de l’hôte
We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working with a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is the third unit we renovated in the area that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/traditional building and all the units we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern and comfortable feel. Great back porch for relaxing when the weather allows!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
