This luxurious recently renovated condo features a wonderful contempory interior design. It includes 2 spacious BR's: king bed/ full bath, queen bed/ full bath). Our living room sofa bed accommodates 1 guest. A fully equipped kitchen. Patio overlooks pool. WiFi, cable, 3 TV's, A/C, washer-dryer, workout center, BBQ, tennis court, elevator, parking. Accommodates no more than 5 guests only. Must be 25 and older.

Fabulous Condo and Location

Spacious, clean, well kept condo with a nice pool and hot tub. Very convenient location, close to Smathers beach and easy drive into old Key West and Charter Row. Owner is courteous and responds promptly. Highly recommend.

Great late find

For first time visitors to Key West, the location was convenient, easy to find, and a quick ride to any of our tourist destinations. The accommodations were well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. While near the airport, there were no noise issues at all. Always a concern to everyone in our party, we couldn't have been any happier with the showers in both bathrooms...plenty of hot water and water pressure! I was very pleased with my communication with Eric. No question that we hope to book this location again on a future visit!

Perfect!

This was our first time in key west and we loved it! The condo was about 15 minutes from the heart of key west which we loved since we are a little older. It was very peaceful. Great for two couples.

Preis-Leistung hat nicht gestimmt für das angebotene Objekt. Es ist in abgenutztem Zustand, aber gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen. Das Minus betrifft vor allem die Lage- 30 Minuten per Velo vom Zentrum entfernt, in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Flughafens (Fluglärm) und gegenüber des Pools, wo nachts sehr lärmige Parties abgehalten wurden.

Key West Getaway

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and made sure check in went smoothly. Even though the property is near the airport in "New Town" it was easy to get to "Old Town" for bars and food. We even rented bicycles for a couple of days and were able to tour the entire island by bike. Overall very satisfied. JD

Cozy Condo

The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and spacious for our group. It was close enough to downtown but far enough away to get away from the night life when we wanted.

Away from the main strean

Great clean place if you want to be away from the Duval noise. Nicely appointed and an Uber gets you to the Airport or Malory square under $20.

Cozy but aging property - no help from owner

The property is cozy and mostly well provisioned. We were missing a needed sheet and the owner responded that it was there after I told him it was not. The dishwasher malfunctioned-soap dispenser does not open and the top rack is defective. The lock to the balcony is broken. A bulb was not working and when I reported it, the owner said to check the plug. He was totally unhelpful. The couch had some stains. We liked staying there but the property needs attention.

I am sorry you have complaints but the sheet is there and the dishwasher works but a piece broke off that has been fixed. The lock was fixed promptly. I still can't find the stains you mentioned on the couch.

Great value and location

The property was roomy enough for the 5 of us. It is located near shopping, restaurants, and activities. I also liked that the unit had beach chairs, pool noodles and beach towels so I didn't have to pack them. There is also a washer and dryer.

Great getaway in paradise

Our first time staying in a vacation rental and thanks to the attentiveness of Eric, the owner, as well as the quality of the condo, the pool and attention to detail it could not have been a better experience. The condo is located away from the crowds downtown but there’s a variety of easy options at reasonable prices for getting around when driving yourself isn’t the best option. We will be planning another trip to key west and will book around the availability of this rental. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else
