Situé donnant sur la cour et le jardin tropical. Joliment décoré deux unités de bain deux chambres. Salles de bains récemment rénovée. Salle de bain principale a une baignoire et douche à l'italienne.
Il y a une reine dans la chambre principale, deux jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les deux chambres et le salon ouvrent sur le grand balcon privé. Cette propriété est dans un endroit tranquille. Profitez de notre piscine olympique chauffée et jacuzzi spectaculaire. 1800 Atlantic a le seul court de tennis en terre battue sur l'ßle de Key West.
Profitez de tous Key West a à offrir tout dans une balade à vélo de 10 minutes ou une courte promenade. Si vous choisissez de louer une voiture, vous obtenez un parking sécurisé gratuit avec votre propriété.

The condo was great! It was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our needs. Great location to Smather's Beach! Great location to get your morning walk in along the coast. Very enjoyable even with construction going on outside. Very noisy and dusty to we couldn't sit out by the pool.

The condo at 1800 was very nice. The process to check in and out was easy. We found it to be clean. A few things a little dated but nothing bad. Also a very nice master bath. We would be ok staying there again.

Key West Beach Side Condo

The unit itself was very nice and met our needs well. However, the units in the opposite side of the courtyard were having their balconies remodeled, which at times were a bit bothersome in terms of noise and aesthetic of the overall experience. The photos of the beach that were attached to the listing of course showed a bit inconsistent with what was on site. We chose this unit hoping to have a beach to walk on and lounge. Idon’t

One fry pan The other one was old and gross. While it was cool in the bedroom areas, the living room was warm. On a good note the property did have a beautiful pool and spa overlooking the oceanfront. Enjoyed our time spent lounging and swimming!!

Best Rental Experience

Great location, away from most of the hectic crowding common on most of Key West. This was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, with almost no maintenance problems. The garbage disposal was inoperative when we arrived, and the drain associated with the disposal was blocked. I would also recommend that the tired mattress in the master suite should be replaced. Great stay!

Perfect for family

We really like this place. It was big enough that we all had our place on the days that it rained. The second half of our trip was sunny so we got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi which was fantastic. It was located in a quiet part of new town, but not so far away that we couldn't walk (or just a short Uber to the center of things). The kitchen was a little dated, but fully stocked. The balcony was huge and a great place for morning coffee or hanging out (but all the screen doors could use a little TLC). We loved it and would love to come back sometime!

Hot Water

Could not get hot water in the guest tub. So we all had to use the master bedroom shower. Loved the property and the pool, etc.

Will definitely be back — outstanding service

I loved the location of the property, being a bit away from the noise of the party, but close enough for a nice walk to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable rooms, the pool is well kept, easy check-in process — really enjoyed our time here! We had an issue the first night (not the property's fault) and management was fast in looking after it — literally had a successful resolution in like 30 minutes. Considering it was almost 10pm, we were really appreciative of the great communication and service. All around a great spot and location with everything we needed — will definitely be back!

First time to Key West

Me, my wife and my sister were in Key West for our daughter's wedding in Marathon. We loved everything about our stay here. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large bathroom. The location of the condo was awesome. It's in the center of Key West. Taking an Uber was inexpensive. We rented a car and had covered parking, which having onsite parking is very valuable in Key West. The Olympic sized pool with the view of the ocean was great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
