Fabulous stay

Lorenzo's condo was absolutely stunning. The views from the balcony were unbeatable. Would definitely stay again!

Feels Like a Second Home in SD!

My brother and I visited San Diego for the first time, as we've always wanted to check out the city, and stayed at Lorenzo's property for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The location allowed us easy walking access to Little Italy and other neighborhoods and areas were an easy and quick Uber away. The property itself was perfect - a great size, well styled, and offered good spaces for us to work remotely during the day without issue. Watching the planes fly over and a view of the ocean was an added plus. We'll be back!

Remarkable Rental!

Unobstructed view of downtown, harbor, and airport--be prepared for air liners approaching just out side your window, at times every other minute! Most helpful property manager, met us with fruit bowl and fresh flowers! This is one home for a world traveler, from prominent European family. So beware that closets, drawers, cupboards, fridge full with his belongings. Ten minute walk to Balboa Park and its amazing array of museums, walking trails, and zoo. This is an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind VRBO experience!

Incredible hospitality, stellar location and views!

We were met by a wonderful host who manages the property and her adorable superstar small dog. Such an amazing and warm welcome, tour of the property, attention to extra details in the condo, and quick tour around town! We felt so instantly welcomed and always in touch at our fingertips, that it made our entire stay for almost a week a true gift! We were in town for the Twitch convention at the SDCC. The property is super close to many amazing restaurants and Balboa park museums and the zoo - all within walking distance. Thanks for an amazing stay and warm hospitality! :) :) :)

Took a week for the warm weather

I live in New England and I am training for a marathon. I got tired of the snow and ice so I took a week (encompassing two weekends) to go to San Diego where I have a close friend and a son to hang out with. The weather was perfect, and so was the company. The property was very nice. Everything is modern and working. The property is a 10 minute walk to Little Italy, so I did almost no cooking. My only complaint is that all of the available closet space was occupied by the owners clothing. Renters should also know that the property is near the airport (actually, its location makes going anywhere from the apartment very convenient). There is some jet noise but this was not terrible. Finally, the manager of the apartment was fantastic. She was super responsive to all of my questions and needs.

Pleasant Stay with Great Views and Excellent Service, but Some Drawbacks

This apartment in San Diego (not in Little Italy!!) that was overall satisfactory, though it had its pros and cons. Positives: The apartment offered stunning views, which were a highlight of our stay. Additionally, parking on the street was convenient and stress-free. I must also commend Erika, who assisted us during our stay. She was incredibly helpful, always quick to resolve any issues, and fluent in both Spanish and English, which made communication very easy. Negatives: On the downside, the apartment only had air conditioning in the bedroom, leaving the living room quite warm at times. The building itself is old, and this is reflected in the condition of the plumbing, which led to frequent clogs during our stay. While the apartment was generally fine, it is important to note that it is located in an older building. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

Great views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped! We would sit every morning and evening watching the harbor and airport. Amazingly quiet despite proximity to airport. The walk ability is wonderful. Few blocks to 1 mile walk to Balboa park , harbor, gas lamp quarter, and little Italy. Thank you Lorenzo for the use of your beautiful home! If We are ever back in San Diego we will absolutely love to stay with you again! Érica is amazing; so kind and attentive!

Wonderful place and host

The host prepared flowers gift basket drinks some snacks! It was such a luxurious experience! The place is wonderful with a beautiful view. I would definitely do it again.

This was an amazing condo with tons of light and wonderful views of the bay!

My husband and I and our 17 year old son stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was much bigger than the pictures portrayed, with floor to ceiling windows and wonderful views of the Bay (and also the airport which we enjoyed but not all might!). We walked to Little Italy every night for dinner, and cannot wait to stay there again.
