Nouvellement rénové, élégant, sophistiqué condominium 1 chambre au coeur de tout. Surplombe le Horton Grand Hotel and Theatre, à 3 pâtés de maisons du parc Petco, à 2 pâtés de maisons du centre de conventions de San Diego, en plein centre du quartier Gaslamp, entouré de bars et de restaurants de qualité. Situé au 4ème étage du complexe Gaslamp City Square avec piscine et spa, centre de remise en forme et barbecue, isolé dans la cour centrale privée de notre bâtiment. L'ensemble du bâtiment est contrôlé (accès obligatoire) pour toutes les portes d'entrée et ascenseurs, pour plus de sécurité. Espace de stationnement désigné inclus. Animaux domestiques acceptés, avec approbation et frais supplémentaires (le bâtiment autorise jusqu’à deux "35 lb.) animaux domestiques ", mais pas sur la terrasse de la piscine ou la cour centrale s'il vous plaît). La ligne de tramway est à 2 pâtés de maisons avec une connexion à Amtrak et Coaster. Old Town Trolley s'arrête juste en face de la rue.

Lit king-size et petit futon (pouvant accueillir un enfant) dans la chambre à coucher et canapé-lit convertible en mousse à mémoire de taille Queen dans le salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée, dressing, grande salle de bain (avec baignoire et douche) et buanderie intégrée (laveuse / sécheuse superposée). Climatisé, vous voudrez peut-être simplement profiter de la brise de l'océan grâce aux doubles portes coulissantes en verre du salon et de la chambre.

Resting vacation

Owners provided extra supplies that helped out and were not offered with other owners. The property was clean and comfortable and the owners did a good job to insure we were comfortable.

Being in Gaslamp District, very noisy Thurs-Sat evenings; also, unit is right above where garbage/recycle bins are emptied, usually around 8am.

Yep, urban downtown is noisy, especially on weekends. Our condo is in the center of the San Diego downtown Gaslamp District, where you have walking or easy transit access to nearly all the attractions of San Diego. And, every downtown street has several dumpster access points (each business and residential building has one or more). So no matter where you stay downtown, you will be “over” a dumpster. Do not expect honoring of “quiet hours” outside this or any other downtown condo. The condo complex itself is very quiet and neighborly (all owners or >30 day tenants.

Great central place.

The unit itself is really great. Well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. VERY clean and all the furniture is super comfortable and useful. Just a ton of little extra touches that make staying here really wonderful. Big closet, big bathroom, fast wifi. it is in the hub of Gaslamp stuff so tons of food, parks, amenities are close. Only downside is the neighborhood is noisy at night so bring ear plugs. It was great to have a secure parking spot as well. This place is really high value and the property managers are awesome. Attentive, organized and nice!

Perfect apartment for a long-term stay!

Hosts Tim and Pam are exceptional—very hospitable and helpful. The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity needed for an extended stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep easy, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great plus. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom and living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was essential for my remote work. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like cozy blankets, well-stocked toiletries, and welcome beverages. This apartment had everything I needed for my 5-month stay. As for the location, the apartment building is ideally situated at the beginning of the Gaslamp Quarter. This location was perfect for me since I don’t drive—I had easy walking access to grocery stores, restaurants, and various attractions in downtown. Though Gaslamp is a vibrant, lively neighborhood and can be noisy, the apartment itself faces a quieter street with excellent soundproofing. Despite being noise-sensitive, I adjusted pretty easily to this neighborhood. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for long-term stays. I’ll definitely consider staying here again! Thank you, Tim and Pam, for being wonderful hosts.

The property is just as advertised - complete, tidy and efficient, right in the heart of downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp scene. And, you could not find friendlier or more accommodating hosts anywhere.

Comfy

Very comfortable place, with all the kitchen, bath, and entertainment we needed and king bed to swallow us up! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. CVS and Ralph’s shirt walks, restaurants and bars dominate Gaslamp. Perfect place to see the festivities of Comic-Con and walk the harbor or enjoy all of Balboa Park. Was our perfect weather home for July… wonderful!

Excellent Gaslamp Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Pam and Tim’s apartment. The location of the condo is right in the middle of the Gaslamp and you are within walking distance of everything downtown has to offer. The unit was very clean, had comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, easy parking and everything you would ever need for a stay. Pam and Tim went above and beyond in terms of making our stay comfortable. They were very generous with leaving excess supplies and put a lot of thought into making the apartment welcoming to guests. We would definitely stay here again in the future for a long term stay in San Diego.

Amazing condo!

We had an unforgettable experience here! Everything was new and perfect. You will find all you need and feel like home. From check in to check out, dear Pam and Tim always took care of us, answered all our questions and helped in many things during our stay. And the location is like center of SD.
