Slip away to 33 Emerald Beach Way, this craftsman style bungalow in Blue Mountain Beach located off of the beautiful Scenic 30A is nestled in the beautiful community of Highland Parks. Stay in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach and enjoy all there is to do and see nearby. A quaint town with an old school beach feel that has balanced the love of old, with a thriving new restaurant and business community. You will find a unique dining experience or cute shop around every turn. This is the perfect place for families that want to escape the norm, relax a bit and take a deep breath. your family will also enjoy the convenience of the 3 different public beach access points all within 1 mile. The Resort style pool is also incredible and just a few steps from the front door.
`Current Situation` has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. On the first floor, is a King bedroom, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchen and dining room as well as half bath and a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a king bed and en suite bath, King guest bedroom and shared bath, along with a Bunk bedroom including a full over full and twin over twin bunks and a laundry room.
Blue Mountain Beach, with its hilltop dunes, presents spectacular views of the South Walton coastline. This special part of 30A is named after its native blue lupine flowers, and is known for its unbelievable sandbars for fishing and surfing. Blue Mountain Beach offers delicious food choices, beach boutiques, art galleries, and a small general store all within a short walk from the home. Don`t forget to try the best homemade ice cream in the south at the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, a very popular hot spot on 30A. Tacos and Margaritas await you at Red Fish taco a true Blue Mountain Gem! And for some super healthy food, you`ll want to stop in at `For the Health of It` for a delicious smoothie. There is something for everyone at beautiful Blue Mountain Beach.
