It really is such a peaceful and serene setting on Point Washington State forest, you never know what your going to see. He was probably looking for a tasty Summer treat ha! We have additional parking rented nearby for guests that need to bring another vehicle so it definitely helps if bringing more than 2 cars along. Thank you for your review Stephanie! We enjoyed having your family here this Summer. We know that Saturdays can be tough with traveling and having to wait , but we guarantee the home ready by 4 which is when the property became available for your check-in. We have several processes that have to happen from a post checkout inspection, the cleaning, some light maintenance and then a final walkthrough to ensure the property is ready. We messaged you the morning of your arrival to let you know to plan for 4 and then again at 2:00 when you arrived that it was still on schedule for 4:00. We have it in the description that the home is approx. a 4 min golf cart ride to the 4 local beach access but would be happy to help you all find something right on the beach for your next visit!

Thank you for the feedback from your recent stay. Nevertheless, we offered to let you cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival and help make other arrangements once you notified us about the increased size of your party ...to which you declined. This 4 bedroom home offers parking to accommodate 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart just as advertised similar to many of the homes along 30A. As a courtesy, we also offer guest additional parking recommendations nearby. We do hope your family enjoyed the early checkin, the new patio furniture that was added and the flowers for your special occasion. We look forward to helping you with future trips to 30A.
