Say yes to an Emerald Coast vacation! Emerald Ayes is a two-level vacation home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Frangista Beach in Destin. The home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, coastal-inspired living space, and a private pool. It can accommodate up to 11 beachgoers, perfect for a large family vacay or friend getaway. In addition, this accommodating beach house also includes four complimentary bicycles for exploring and free seasonal beach service when you are ready to relax on the white-sand beaches of the gulf.

The first-floor open floor plan features white tile flooring, large windows and glass doors that let in plenty of sunlight, and beach art and accents. A comfortable seating ensemble in the living room is made up of a queen-size sleeper sofa, a paisley armchair, and two slate-blue accent chairs. The setup centers around a cute drink table and faces a wall-mounted TV. Next to the living room, the kitchen is spacious and provides everything you need to serve up tasty vacation meals, snacks, drinks, and treats. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with pale blue stool seating, seafoam-green countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and ocean-themed décor. The bar overlooks the cozy dining area, which includes a dark, hardwood table and bench seating beneath a radiant chandelier. From this open great room, guests can access a private courtyard that serves as a bonus relaxation space, perfect for casual drinks and conversation with your fellow vacationers. It has a gazebo, decorative lighting, wicker seating, and a blue-and-white striped rug.

The master suite is also located on the first level. In this bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, bonus twin bed, paisley accent chair, sunny window, wall-mounted TV, and access to a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The remaining guest bedrooms are on the second floor. One guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, and a flatscreen TV. The kids will enjoy the other guest bedroom, as it has a queen over queen bunk bed, nautical wall art, and a TV for entertainment.

In addition to relaxing accommodations, this vacation home also has a private pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sundeck with outdoor lounge furniture and a BBQ grill. When you’re not relishing in a freshwater dip in your own private pool, you can take a quick three-minute walk down to the sparkling Destin beach. Besides the beach, the home is also near popular restaurants like the Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s. Other must-visit spots that are close by include Seascape Resort for golf, tennis, and recreation rentals; Silver Sands Premium Outlets for discount designer shopping; and the Village of Baytowne Wharf for live music, coastal events, casual dining, family-fun activities, and more.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
