'Sungria' a été construit en 2017!

Bienvenue dans notre maison de vacances de 2 657 pieds carrés comprenant 6 chambres et 7 salles de bains, ainsi qu’une grande piscine privée de forme rectangulaire (25 pieds x 11 pieds). Il est à 3 pâtés de maisons de notre allée menant au sable blanc de la plage. La maison est située dans un lotissement clôturé de 8 maisons situé sur Sundance Court à Miramar Beach, juste à côté du restaurant Pompano Joe.

L'adresse physique de Sungria pour votre GPS est 53 Sundance Ct. Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Les rues transversales les plus proches sont Sundance Court & Payne Street à Miramar Beach.

Désolé, PAS D'ANIMAUX. Aucune exception à ce sujet!

La couleur du mur sera une nuance de gris apaisante (couleur de peinture Sherwin Williams # HGSW1465) appelée «gris contemporain». Les sols des chambres sont recouverts de moquette et toutes les zones non recouvertes de moquette sont un carrelage beige qui ressemble au bois une fois posé. Notre granit dans toutes les salles de bains et dans la cuisine s'appelle "rives blanches" et il contient des nuances de noir, de blanc et de gris. Nos armoires dans les cuisines et les salles de bain auront une couleur gris clair appelée "colombe".

Dans la cour arrière, vous trouverez la piscine privée chauffée avec des chaises longues, idéale pour profiter du soleil de Destin dans la cour privée clôturée. Il y a aussi des tables de patio (et des chaises de patio) et un gril à gaz pour organiser des barbecues mémorables pour tout votre groupe.

À l'intérieur, vous pourrez préparer de délicieux repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant des comptoirs en granit et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

Great layout for LARGE groups!

The fact that each of the 6 bedrooms had a bath attached was amazing. Clean and comfortable beds with a great location made our family Thanksgiving trip a wonderful one!

Girls Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect 10 in every way!! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. The house had 6 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 61/2 bathrooms. The pool in the backyard and the beach so close was a huge plus! There was even a golf cart that could seat up to six people if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. The house also had parking literally at the front door which was very convenient. We all agreed the house was the perfect place for our Girls Getaway!

Great location

We visit Destin every year and this property was in a great location..the golf cart was great as we used it to get to the beach. Even when we had a issue there was 24hr maintenance number to fix our issue and that was great also

Amazing House

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home

Very pleased with the size of the rental home. Everyone in my group had a blast and enjoyed their stay. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as grill outdoors. Kids had an awesome time in the pool. Overall this is a great home and would definitely recommend. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for the week.

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was wonderful! Definitely worth having it heated. Great response from rental company. Great location, easy access to the beach, shopping and food. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Sangria lives up to the hype!

Beautiful and well-maintained home with plenty of space and close to everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, activities). It makes for a great getway! Looking forward to next year's trip. Note: the owners are very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. They really provided a hassle-free experience.

This House Was Amazing!

We had 7 adults, 14 teens, 3 children. The house was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies, the pool, the view, and the choice of an elevator or stairs. There are several activities near and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 6 miles away. Great for a large group!

Offsite Team Meeting

The home was as described and perfect for six co-workers who enjoyed the king bedrooms each with private bath, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and the 6-person golf cart that came with the rental. All in all it was a great experience and one that I would recommend.

Great stay! Well appointed rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying for nearly a week! It’s right down from PJs and the pool was a perfect size. It had anything we could have needed for all the families that had come. Plenty of baby equipment, kitchen tools and kitchen ware, tons of pool toys and chairs to use! The only downside is there is one thermostat for all three levels. Downstairs was freezing to keep the upstairs comfortable. Also, I don’t believe the cleaning people really do a full cleaning. When searching for a pair of earrings at the end of our trip I found a rolled up diaper and a few other things under the upstairs vanity. We had a small child but not small enough to need a diaper of that size.
