Welcome to your cool California style beach getaway! The home has 2 bedrooms and the guest bungalow, which means 3 bedrooms and one full bath. You'll enjoy this magical outdoor space featuring a tropical saltwater dipping pool and a spacious covered tiki cabana complete with a Roku 55" TV, outdoor bar, outdoor beverage refrigerator and the prettiest outdoor pastel Adirondack chairs and loungers—perfect for relaxing with a cocktail in the sun. This tropical retreat offers an optional heated pool and a charming private pink bungalow that will melt your heart! Inside the home, you have a full kitchen and a living room plus a cozy den overlooking your own private resort outside.

Beach Proximity: Madeira Beach is just 5 minutes away, along with countless other beaches offering you sunny, sandy shores for miles and miles.

Convenience: Located within walking distance to Walmart and a selection of coffee and dining spots. Downtown St. Pete is approximately a 22-26 minute drive.



** HOME FEATURES **
This charming home sleeps 6, with the pink, poolside bungalow accommodating 2 more, for a maximum of 8 guests. The highlight of this home is the fully fenced tropical backyard resort-like setting. This home also has:

A saltwater dipping pool, professionally serviced twice a week

A spacious cabana with comfortable seating, a bar, built-in beverage refrigerator, and a 55" Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps

An outdoor shower, gas grill, and ample seating for a relaxing outdoor experience

At night, the beautiful colorfully lit backyard transforms into a high-end resort atmosphere!



** GUEST BUNGALOW **
Accommodations: The poolside guest bungalow features a full-size bed, Smart TV, wall heater, and window air conditioning unit.

Note: This bungalow does not have a bathroom; guests will use the bathroom inside the main home. While it offers a unique "glamping" experience, please consider that it may not be suitable for everyone.



** POOL DETAILS **
Enjoy the tropical saltwater dipping pool, professionally cleaned twice weekly.

Heating Option: Available from October to April for $25/night, heating the pool to a comfortable 83 degrees.

** PETS **
We accept dogs only. They must be approved in advance. A fee of $150 covers up to two dogs, and emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee as per VRBO policy.



** BABY EQUIPMENT **
Local pack-n-play rental service available upon request for $35/week. Additional baby items can be rented at a 10% discount through Baby Quip.



** IMPORTANT INFO **
Service Access: Weekly Lawn and Twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.

Trip Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.

Rules & Regulations: Please review our house rules carefully. If any rules may pose an issue, this home may not be suitable for you.

Television: We have 6 TVs and they are all Smart Roku TVs for streaming only; no cable TV available. We provide high speed internet!
