💦 HEATED POOL SEASONALLY FOR A SMALL EXTRA DAILY FEE: Oct 15th → May 1st. The temperature is set to 80°/85°. Please NOTE the fee is $25/day, up to 85° (weather permitting). Pool heaters work best when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F; on rare cold nights, the pool may not reach the desired temperature. 💦 During the summer, the pool is heated naturally by the hot Florida sun! 💦

Please remember that our establishment is situated in a residential area. It's important to be considerate and respectful while you are here. The residents value their peace, and it's our goal to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone's enjoyment. ✌️🏽



No loud music or parties are allowed due to the neighborhood curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low. Remember, while you may be on vacation, your next-door neighbor might have work the following day. ✨



Getting Around:

- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.

- Two designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.

- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.



Other Things to Note:

- 💦 HEATER/CHILLER POOL AVAILABLE FOR A EXTRA DAILY FEE: For added comfort, the pool can be heated or cooled upon request, allowing you to enjoy the water at a comfortable temperature (typically around 85°F) regardless of the season.



A modest daily fee applies:

- $25 per day for stays under 7 nights

- $20 per day for stays 7 nights or longer



During the spring and summer months, the pool is often naturally warmed by the sun, and most guests find that heating is not necessary. In cooler months, heating can be added to enhance your swimming experience.



Please note that pool temperature is influenced by outdoor conditions. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 55°F; during colder weather or occasional cold fronts, the pool may take longer to reach or maintain the desired temperature and may not be suitable for all preferences.



- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- You don't have to stress about packing or renting beach gear! We provide beach towels, chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun! ⛱



- Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed



- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.



- There is one step into the home, one leading from the guest bathroom into the Florida room, and one step in the dining room/living room. Yellow and black tape is used for caution in the dining room/living room location. Please view the photos for a visual. 🚧



- Outlet covers, pack-and-play, and children's dinnerware are available for those traveling with young children. If you'd like anything, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We gladly assist! 🚼



- The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, discreetly tucked away. Rest assured that your laundry detergent needs are being taken care of. 🫧



- Swimming and pool usage carries inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. Following the pool rules outlined in our "Welcome" binder & "House Rules" ensures everyone's safety. Children must always be supervised when outside. Shallow end: 3.5 ft & deep end 7ft. 💦
