It has a very spacious open layout with plenty of space for the whole family. A huge master walk in shower with two shower heads and four body jets! Out back is a private heated pool with lounge chairs, grill, a hammock, corn hole and a beautiful patio set to enjoy a meal outdoors. Madeira beach is only a 5 min drive away! We also provide all your beach necessities!!



The Space:

Coastal Paradise is centrally located to everything! 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach, 8 minute drive to John's Pass, 20 min drive to downtown St. Pete, 15 min drive to Gulfport and just under 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach.



Once you enter the home, you will fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, professionally furnished, modern beach home featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The main suite wing is very private and has its own walk in closet and very spacious private bathroom, where the shower provides a bench to sit down and multiple shower head along with four body sprays. Just don't go in there when your in a rush as you may never want to get out. The additional two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a second bath. The one bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen sized mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are built in drawers as well as a full sized closet.



Relax on the comfortable couch that has a comfortable sleeper sofa. Make sure to stop by the coffee/tea bar before heading out back to relax on the chairs that overlook the beautiful backyard. The open layout is perfect for family gatherings and dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including most importantly a wine and beverage cooler! Enjoy family movie night on the large screen TV or take out some provided board games to let loose and have some fun!



Out back, find a new BBQ grill, heated pool, hammock, lounge chairs, cornhole, a patio set and more!



Once you’re settled in, make sure to check out the space in the garage, where there are beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a wagon, outdoor games, floats for the pool and lots more!



We also provide beach/pool towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, sunscreen and more.



If you’re bringing the kids, we provide a pack & play as well as a high chair.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the entire property.

Other Things to Note:

-Swimming and use of the pool are at your own risk. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool. If damage is incurred to the pool during your stay then you will be held financially responsible.



-You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.



-Parking: The driveway can fit a maximum of four cars.
