Upstairs has a card Table, Roulette and Texas Holdem tables, PS4, Pac Man Aracade,

2 Kitchens.

Walk in the door and to your left is the most modern kitchen, with upscale appliances and marble countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends. It is open to the dining area, so everyone can gather, eat, drink and relax in one place.

Next to the kitchen is a downstairs dining area overlooking the lake and the outside deck area. Walk out to the porch area with seating, and gaze your eyes on the lake and the several seating and eating areas overlooking the lake. Take advantage of the large hot tub, relax by the Solo Stove Firepit, and use the high end Napoleon grill to BBQ.

Past the kitchen is the entrance to the converted garage which is the game and exercise room that will keep you entertained and able to work out to your heart's content. Also on the first floor is a living/bedroom area with fireplace, smart tv and windows overlooking the lake. Next to the kitchen is the downstairs queen bedroom and large bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub.

On the second floor you will find the pool table room with a bar and PacMan arcade, large smart tv and fireplace.

Walk from the pool table room into the extremely large living room with a large sectional couch facing the large screen tv, card table, roulette or texas holdem table, fireplace, dining table and second kitchen area, also fully equipped to prepare meals and drinks. There is also a high end sleeper sofa in this room and a door you can close for privacy.

On this second level of the house you will also find the master bedroom with french doors leading to a porch area overlooking the lake, with a jacuzzi tub in the room, king bed with windows overlooking the lake on one side, and a fireplace and tv on the other side. Walk into the extremely large bathroom with two shower heads and two sinks, and store all you clothes in the large walk in closet.

Down the hall are two bedrooms, one with a queen and a high end bunk bed with two fulls and the other bedroom with a queen. Across from the bedrooms is another large full bathroom with the washer and dryer and pull down ironing board and iron.

From this level go up the steps to the 3rd level where you will find a large dorm style room with 7 twin beds, a large smart tv and play station. Perfect to send young people or those who want to escape from the rest. Up on the 3rd level is also a full bathroom.

The house is simply breathtaking and you will not find anything like it in the area.

The property is located about 1 mile to Big Boulder, 4 miles to Jack Frost and 2 miles from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The property is minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, Pocono Race Track, Kalahari Resort, Crossing Outlet Mall for shopping, and golf. Hickory Run State Park, Jim Thorpe (a city steeped in history) also within 30 minutes of house.

In Winter, you are also close to the Ski areas of Big Boulder and Jack Frost.

Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call for a copy of the registration form), water skiing, sailing and jet skiing (there are no jet ski rentals). You can swim off the docks that are right in front of the property. Views are amazing.

Please check with owner for Rates because rate structure on VRBO can sometimes be confusing and rates may be different than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday.

Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long.

Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if they usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.

3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).

Mid 20s OR OLDER. NO PROM OR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS.
