Bring your whole family plus guests to this large home and share wonderful memories at the shore.

You are just two blocks to the sandy beach and a stroll along the Brigantine sea wall were you can sit on the promenade and overlook the ocean. In this lovely neighborhood you are a short walk to the Pirates Den and down the road from Yanni's and Andre's restaurants. If you enjoy golf, you have easy access to the public golf course where you can play a round and then relax in our a quiet family friendly area.

This home has casual comfortable charm with wonderful outdoor space only 2 blocks from beach. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee while feeling the warm ocean breeze. Or take in the serene golf course view from the back large deck. The large patio has comfortable seating and also has a fire pit and a gas grill for your use.

The house has two zone air conditioning so you will be comfortable. Flat screen TVs in the living room and in 2 of the large bedrooms are equipped with Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Internet service.. The comfortable living room has a pull out couch for 2 as well.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances throughout and plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses to support up to 8 people. The dining room table and island seats 8 comfortably.

Driveway fits 2 cars and plenty of street parking to accommodate other cars.

On the first floor, there is a large bedroom to the right that has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is comfortable living room with a pull out couch for 2 that leads into the dining room and the updated kitchen. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a full bath. Off the kitchen is a large size deck with a picnic table to accommodate 8 and a large patio with seating and a gazebo with seating. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and a foot wash.

The second floor has a 3 bedrooms. One room has a bunk bed that is twin over a full. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed. There is a full bath off the hallway on the second floor with open jacuzzi tub/shower.
We will also provide 6 beach tags to use during your visit for adults (there will be charge for tags not returned). Kids under 12 do not require one. Beach toys, chairs and an umbrella will be provided for your use. We also have a pack and play and a highchair seat for those with younger children.

Renters must bring linens to include sheets, pillowcases and towels. Comforters and pillows will be provided. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am.
