This would be our second time staying at the carriage house. It has everything you need. The hairdryer may need to be replaced. Cosy and warm!

We had a lovely stay at the Carriage House. It was perfect for us as a stopover on a long road trip. We were able to relax, bake some cookies, and do our laundry. We definitely recommend!

The home was clean and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space and the walking path around the property. The host was very responsive and prompt about answering questions.

The Carriage House is a great place to stay in the Palisades/Grand Junction area! The house is top notch in every way. We plan to stay here on our next visit to the area. I highly recommend The Carriage House.

Great host. We ran into some car trouble and our host extended our checkout time to help out. Really appreciated that, and enjoyed the cozy home.

Great little spot. Clean and well kept. Host made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we need. Very comfortable space and bed with good AC in the August heat.

All 5 star except couch and living room chairs. The chairs were really a 4.5 but the couch was simply uncomfortable and too low so we would score overall. A very nice place to stay.
