This incredible retreat offers 4 private balconies, all of which have water views. There are no compromises in this end unit on the top floor.

Just south is the heart of Clearwater Beach: bustling Pier 60, parks, restaurants, bars and top attractions. Just north is a quieter area, with beautiful beachfront homes and the only land access to Caledesi state park.

The soaring ceiling and professionally decorated living spaces ensure your comfort. A bonus room adjacent to the master bedroom can be a reading nook, yoga studio, or quiet place to work with an ocean view.

We had a wonderful spring break at Clearwater Vista. Very spacious and clean accommodations. We have stayed at many different condos on the beach and this was by far the most well equipped home away from home. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen along with outstanding beach accessories to spend all day on the white sand. We literally flew in and didn't need to do anything but enjoy the beach and our stay. Everything was 5 stars down to the last detail. Thanks for an amazing Clearwater vacation!

Great property

We stayed at this property for a week with extended family. Easy check in and out.Great view of ocean from apartment balcony and living room. Unit is clean with fully stocked kitchen. Property is right on beach and has beach amenities(chairs) provided. Property manager is very responsive. Will definitely stay again!

A great place

This place was perfect. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked for longer visits. It has a wonderful private balcony with an ocean view and you’re literally steps from the beach. The kind and professional management was always ready to help with any questions and gave us great tips for restaurants and outings. We enjoyed our stay here and I hope you have as wonderful of a time as we did !

Exceptional Condo

Our family goes to Florida every year for vacation, and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was nice and clean, the decor and furniture were updated. The ocean view is even better in person, and you can see the ocean off all four balconies. You can also see the bay and the pool off the back two. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, as well as the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. If you are thinking about booking, you definitely should. You will not be disappointed

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Sugar soft, white quartz sand is groomed every morning, and so clean that it is never hot to your feet. Lifeguards are on duty 365 days per year. Warm, clear and gently sloping water is family and dolphin friendly! This building is close to the excitement of Pier 60, and on the border of a very quiet residential area - the best of both worlds. We have enjoyed strolling a few blocks south to numerous restaurants and activities, and walking two miles north to Caladesi Island State Park.

Parking is quick and easy because of the assigned space, but with many restaurants within walking distance and the Jolly Trolley access to the rest, it is also easy to NOT drive if that is your vacation preference.
