Stylish Renovated House + 2 studio apartments! (5 br /4 bath) Sleeps 12!

Updated House + Studios, Sleeps 12! This newly renovated luxurious home is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to LSU. It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes 3 washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, cookware, housewares, etc. NO DOGS ALLOWED without permission before booking!

The space
3 Bed 2 bath home. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom with king bed and 1 bath are on the first floor and 2 queen beds and 1 bath are on the second floor. Kitchen is fully updated and opens into the dining room. There is a separate living room with a queen size fold out couch with sheet & pillows provided. The main AC was completely replaced, so your stay will be very comfortable!

The 2 side by side 1br/1ba studio apartments have full kitchen, large bathrooms, and separate laundry machines inside the unit.

Keypad available for self check-in after 4 p.m.
Checkout at 10 a.m.

Other things to note:
Animals are only permitted with expressed written consent from the owners. Please do not violate this rule.

----- Exterior Only ----- Security cameras are located on the front of the main house and in the back parking areas for guest safety

There is absolutely NO SMOKING 🚭 inside our home. We have cigarette/marijuana detection devices that send alerts to our phones/email when any smoking is detected. Please respect this rule, immediate eviction will follow any violations.

This was the perfect place to stay for our cheer competition at the Raising Canes Venue. We had three families so the two apartments provided plenty of privacy and yet the ability to eat and enjoy each other during our stay! The host was so easy to contact for any questions. Very clean and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend this rental!

This place was perfect for what we needed, as we had a large group for the bowling tournament. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay there again when we go back

Amazing host and house

Our host was so incredibly nice and the house was amazing. The suites were my favorite part, we had so much space to ourselves. We traveled for work and had enough privacy and comfort to get some rest. The house was also older with charm, but clean with updated features. I absolutely would recommend anyone here- especially families and work trips.

Good Experience

This is an older property, but it has been well maintained and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Great for a family stay. In addition to the house the two studio apartments are spacious and clean. Owners are kind and receptive to any inquiries you may have during your stay and it is easy access to the interstate.

Awesome place!

We were in town for the National Bowling Competition at the Raising Cane event center, location was convenient. House was amazing with our 11 people. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and played cards om the large dining table.Didnt have sheets for the futon in the livingroom, or towels for the person sleeping there. It would have been nice to have extra towels for women with long hair.You will not ne disappointed stayimg here.
