Very quaint cottage, we were able to walk to the Mystic Market and Sea Swirl. Very comfortable for my family of 6. Fenced in backyard, very private. Owner was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely would book again.

Great location for a beach getaway!

My sister and friends stayed here to celebrate her bachelorette party and it was perfect! All 7 of us were comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. The backyard was great for hanging out and roasting some marshmallows. Great location, very close to the center of Mystic. Host was very communicative which we really appreciated!

Cozy coastal home

We booked for 5 adults and 2 children for a long weekend in Mystic, and everything was perfect! Lovely house, very cozy and well decorated. We felt right at home and even decided to stay at home rather than go out for dinner. Checking in and out could not have been easier and loved the thoughtful touches such as beach towels, beach bag, and even a few games!

Fun family get away

Julio was wonderful to deal with. The house was as pictured, beds were comfy & place was clean. The backyard was relaxing to enjoy a beverage before heading out for dinner. I don’t know why there is a hot tub listed (although not in pics & not on site). I wished there were hand towels & face cloths included with linens. Overall, I recommend Julio & his home!

Julio was a wonderful host! He bade sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was just lovely and the property was very clean and orderly. Julio even had breakfast purchased for us because we were arriving a bit later then we though and even left us some wine and beer to get the relaxation starting ;-) The house is very close to the proper downtown and you could easily walk, but a bike would be ideal. We would absolutely rent this house again for our next trip to Mytic! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Julio!!

Great space for families

A beautifully, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Our family consisted of two adults and two kids (ages 3 & 1). My husband and the kids LOVED the outdoor & indoor spaces. Very clean home with lots of hand sanitizer throughout if needed. Excellent communication with the host, who answered any and all of our questions. The lovely bottle of Prosecco to greet us was the perfect introduction to our vacation. Thanks for everything!

Hi, Julio here. I split my time between NYC and Mystic and grew up in the area. I love the perfect blend of big city amenities and culture with timeless New England coastal charm that Mystic offers. Living here allows me to enjoy a morning jog along the shoreline, spend the day on the water kayaking or paddleboarding, and dine at world-famous restaurants just a quick walk away. Feeling very lucky to call this place my home!

My goal is for you to come and enjoy this beautiful area that I appreciate so much. Despite having lived in several big US cities and Europe, Mystic remains my top pick.
