A great central location on Kiawah

The house was spacious and we really enjoyed the pool. The location right off of Governor's Drive and the bike paths was convenient as we biked almost everywhere we went during our stay. It was a beautiful easy bike ride to the beach and far enough away from some of the crowded areas to feel peaceful and quiet!

Overall easy stay 
. House just as described Very CLEAN Would stay here again Layout great Sweet grass was very RESPONSIVE with any issues Only small negatives were tv in master bedroom u couldn’t really see from the master bed Pool even heated could be warmer for colder nights in spring but overall great convenient location Beds were comfortable Kitchen nice

The house was properly listed and a lovely home. We did have an issue that the property management company responded to immediately and worked to solve. They were very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful Kiawah Home with Lovely Pool

The home was so lovely and in a gorgeous setting. The master bedroom and bathroom were enormous and everything was in perfect condition. ALL the beds were super comfortable and blankets and pillows were all of good quality and plentiful. Grill was large, hooked to a gas line - so no propane needed - and we used it every night. Kitchen was wonderful and stocked with every utensil you could ever need. Pool was a little cold - if we wanted to pay extra they would turn on the heat. I would suggest this. Didn't see that option until after we left (in an email.) Pool cover was broken awaiting backordered parts and looked a little raggedy because it was sort of sticking out at an angle. High capacity washer and dryer on first floor were great - used them a bunch. Had several issues with the high-end appliances in kitchen; Refrigerator was repaired while we were there - was not cooling sufficiently and made a strange noise, microwave stopped working on day one, so no popcorn or reheated food. Assuming it has been replaced now. Things happen - was just annoying for heating up food for teens. All appreciated great WIFI, however! A few cons about supplies: There were no beach towels provided, there were only 2 garbage bags provided, there was dishwasher soap provided for one load. For the price, and considering the distance to the closest store, it would have been nice to have known those things prior to noticing them right after returning from said store! Plan ahead and bring your own beach towels, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Overall an incredible home for a family vacation. Management company was very responsive to requests.

Lovely Thanksgiving Week on Kiawah Island

We absolutely loved our location & all that it offered ! So much to do! So many restaurant & golf courses. We came for thanksgiving & it was lovely - we can’t wait to come back in the warmer Months to see what more this place offers!

Kiawah 10th Anniversary

Overall the house was spacious and nice. Our first impression upon walking in, the entrance needed to be power washed. The stairs were dirty with debris and mildew. In tandem the house amenities or lack thereof certainly leave a lasting impression. There is a simple saying " it is the little things that go a long way". None of the bathrooms had tissues in the tissue boxes? There was toilet paper barely for one day? Tiny, minimal soaps in the bathrooms. One garbage bag for each of the bathrooms and the kitchen garbage cans? Garbage was left in the garbage bags in the garage ? When you stay at any level of a hotel you have amenities to cover your stay? We were not informed the ice maker was broke in both the bar and the freezer. This is not acceptable. Minimal old hangers in the closets. On Friday, there was a truck in the driveway and workers arrived unannounced to service the pool? This should be taken care of before/after the guest departs and or call and discuss why pool maintenance needs to come on one of our vacation days?

We had a great trip end of June; the resort is lovely and the house is beautiful. Beach access is NOT convenient.

Fantastic House

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. Very well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and very warm and welcoming. A bit far from the beach, but perfect for the fall and bike riding.
