Paradis Ă  Rehoboth !! Belle et spacieuse maison! Dates encore disponibles !!

Notre belle maison neuve au Grand à Canal Point, a toutes les commodités, vous devez avoir un merveilleux des vacances de luxe à la plage. D'une belle cuisine ouverte avec comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre à un délicieux repas sur notre terrasse fermée avec coin repas. Nous avons une merveilleuse grande salle avec de hauts plafonds et une cheminée à gaz. Notre belle salon lumineux se fait dans un super décor Beachy. Toutes les régions à l'étage principal ont carreaux de céramique, mis à part les chambres qui ont des planchers de bois. Les ventilateurs de plafond à travers la maison créent une maison aérée. Wifi dans toute la maison. La maison est magnifique et luxueux mais assez assouplie pour les enfants de profiter ainsi.

Étage principal; Master Suite avec lit king size et une grande salle de bains avec deux pommeaux de douche et un coin salon de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de la douche. Suite Chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain complĂšte avec entrĂ©e privĂ©e. Les deux chambres ont de belles nouveau plancher de bois.
DeuxiÚme étage; Superposé chambre avec lit simple en haut d'un lit, king size chambre avec salle additionnelle attachée avec lit queen size et télévision. A l'étage mur pour tapis mur. Il ya une salle de bains à l'étage avec baignoire.

Amusez-vous Ă  la plage ou dans notre dĂ©veloppement; nager dans l'une des deux piscines, tennis, basket-ball ou en utilisant le club de santĂ©. Allez faire du shopping dans les magasins ou aller sur une longue promenade Ă  vĂ©lo ou court trajet en ville. Il ya tellement d'activitĂ©s Ă  faire pendant Ă  Rehoboth Beach, mais vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre juste pour se dĂ©tendre sur notre terrasse et apprĂ©cier une autre journĂ©e paisible sur les rives du Delaware.

The house is located in the perfect area. We were super close to Rehoboth Ave, Cape Henlopen, and the two outlets where we usually shop. The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't have any issues while staying here. The pool was in walking distance. If it weren't so hot, we probably would have taken the bikes out for a ride and enjoyed the screened porch. The owner is very accessible if you have any questions or issues.

As usual, our stay in Julie’s home was wonderful. I needed to get in touch with Julie one time regarding a minor issue and her response was immediate. She immediately resolved our small issue. This home and Canal Point area are so beautiful. Cap that with a wonderful owner, and you have yourself a fantastic vacation in this home. I highly recommend those that love to bike ride as the multiple trails are amazing.,This home comes equipped with multiple high-end bicycles.

Great house!

This was our 2nd year staying at Julie's house. It's the perfect size for us and the perfect location! Julie is very easy to communicate and work with. We love the screened in porch. Everything we need for the beach and pool! The home is just perfect! We will be back again!

Great house in a great location

This was our first time staying at this house but we usually stay in the Grande at Canal Pointe neighborhood due to it’s proximity to pretty much everything. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our smallish party of 6. It had everything you would need for the week for a great vacation at the beach. We’d highly recommend the property for a family vacation

Great family vacation

We enjoyed the location, the screened-in porch, and the well-sized bedrooms. There’s do much provided in the garage for use at the beach if we had wanted it. Loved the pool and playground!

A “Grande” delight

This property met all of my criteria. First and foremost it was very clean which immediately made me feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. In addition, the open floor plan allowed us to be together while doing various chores without feeling like we were on top of one another. Having two bedrooms on the first floor was perfect as we had my 86 year-old mother with us. The adjoining bathroom to her bedroom completed the goal of having easy and safe access. The house also has many extras for the beach such as chairs, toys, beach towels and a wagon. It also has a good assortment of bikes for a variety of age/size. Less than a block away from the pool and 10 minutes from Golden Pond beach which we loved. What the house does not have is sheets so do be sure to bring your own. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is considering renting it.

Great place, great time

Very happy with our stay. The house was large and clean. The grill is old and you have to sort of guess the temp, but it worked great, and as a cook it was not a problem. Also I was very pleased that there were a couple really good chef knives, and other equipment for cooking. The double stove was fantastic as was the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Even though we didn’t use them, it was really nice to see the selection of bikes available in the garage as well as beach chairs which we did use. It was also nice being so close to the large pool. We were able to walk over there every afternoon after returning from the beach, the street was a little bit busy, but that’s not the owner fault And it certainly did not negatively affect our stay. We were extremely pleased with everything and we would absolutely rent here again thank you.

Beautiful home

Our first time at this house and it was perfect for us! Very clean and accommodating. I especially love an outdoor shower, which this house has! The screened in sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and reading and evening relaxing! We will definitely be back!

Great Big Family Vacation Home

Large home with plenty of space for a big family with children. Loved the covered outdoor space and even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again :)

Very spacious home for a family vacation

very spacious house for a family vacation, more than what we expected. Loved the Neighborhood. Nice room upstairs for the kids to have time to have down time to watch shows or movies. Only problem we had was when we went to use the grill it was really dirty my husband took about 45 min to clean it out really well for us to use it. He try to have it cleaner for the next group of people that were coming in after us. But we had a great time at this house for the week. We would really recommend this place for any family to spend the week.

Beautiful house

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have some issues with getting access to the pool and I’ll show. Also, one of the rooms upstairs was very very hot. The house was in driving distance to the boardwalk. The best beach we found was at Gordon’s point park.

Our home away from home

We loved this rental !!! Our grandkids wished they could move here 😁 . Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Huge living area and kitchen. Walking distance to the pool a plus. And biking trails ! All in all, a wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊

Beautiful home great location

Positives: Beautiful home, great location Plenty of room for 3 families Clean Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Host was very responsive, understanding and accommodating. Negatives: No towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or paper towels. (Only list this as this was the first time I have ever had to bring our own, I knew ahead by reading reviews, but not listed in description) Only 1 trash can for a solid 5 days of trash for 3 families 15 people that make most all meals at home. Many of the pillows were very stained and old, time for new. Grill was not taken care of by past renters, was very dirty, we cleaned but the caked on grease and spills clogged holes for propane to get through so would not heat up enough. All and all this was a beautiful property with a very gracious host that I am sure would take care of all.

Amazing place, pictures do not to it justice!

I had a wonderful time, it exceeded my expectations! For checkout, had to wash all bedding which was difficult due to checkout being in the morning but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was great. Overall loved it!

The neighborhood was great, and it is in a nice location to get to the beach. Whoever is cleaning it, could do a little better.

We had vacationed in Rehoboth Beach, DE for ten years and finally purchased a home to enjoy and rent out for others. We love the area we live in, it is peaceful and relaxing. It is total relaxation once we walk through our doors. The beach is so close, the town is a quick bike ride. Outlets are very close as well. Go-karting, putt putt and water parks are great fun things to do also. Jet skiing and boating are close by as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We can go to the beach, jump in the pool when we get home, then play a game of tennis. Go biking on the nearby bike path or head into town and walk through the shops in Rehoboth.
