Conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach Village, this villa has golf, tennis, shopping, and dining all within easy reach. Located in the popular Seascape Villa community, this charming, freshly painted villa is on the first floor and has a screened porch to enjoy the wooded view. The washer/dryer and half bath are located on the screened porch. There are two flatscreen TVs and free WiFi for your convenience. With accommodations for up to four guests, there is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The best part is having the beach access only 175 yards away!

This vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. The owners have generously provided some beach towels and toys for your use during your stay!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
