1 bedroom queen en-suite. Full size fully equipped kitchen. Private beach with chairs and lagoon. Gulf of Mexico views to the horizon. Patio. Walk out your patio to heated pool and private beach beyond. Amazing views from every room. Gulf island beach and tennis club is a gated facility. There are several tennis (or pickleball) courts, a large heated pool, many lounge chairs and tables/ chairs with umbrellas, charcoal grills and picnic tables. The club room has large screen tv, game tables, separate weight, cardio gyms, and locker rooms.
There are many restaurants, stores businesses nearby. A marina is next door by water or around the corner on old Dixie hwy via sea ranch dr. Several state and local parks are very close including salt springs and weeki wachee. See mermaids or paddle gulf inlets in a kayak.
Condo has everything you need, pack a swim suit and tooth brush and come on over.
Discount available during spring and summer rentals for two week and monthly rental. $2500 a month/$2400 2 or more mos.

The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw.

Jean is a great host and is very responsive. She made sure that we arrived, as planned, without any problems. The property is wonderful and was so close to the pool. Everyone we met was very nice! I would most definitely stay here again!

Jean's Condo

Jean is a great host, always available. The condo met our needs for a quiet and relaxing week and was a great value for the price. The community residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there were no "real" gulf beaches in the area. We had to drive over an hour to get to a nice white sand beach.

Wonderful Vacation Rental !!!

Our host and our stay at this property was wonderful! I especially enjoyed how friendly and helpful our host Jean was. When we entered the condo, to my 10yr old daughter's delight, there was a stuffed Easter Bunny and candy filled eggs hidden throughout the living room. This made my daughter and I feel very welcoming after a long trip. When we weren't out visiting family we would spend most of our time swimming in the huge heated pool. The condo was super clean and had all the amenities of home. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Perfect vacation!

The condo was well laid out and just steps from the pool. The condo was spotless and all necessities were provided. The balcony was shaded all afternoon (but if you wanted full sun that was steps away). Dolphins came into the lagoon frequently and we watched the fish jumping every night at sunset. Beautiful safe area for walking and bike riding. Crab store around the corner for fresh-caught seafood. The other renters and the owners of the condos were all very friendly and engaging. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. This was a terrific place to stay!

Our stay during spring break was great! The complex was not very busy, majority were retirees which was amazing as we are not busy/loud croud people. The condo was clean and comfortable, owner was great to work with and very responsive. Would happily recommend!

Great condo

We really loved our time at Gulf Island beach and Tennis club. Owner was great at communicating with us. Facilities were great. We loved playing Pickleball, hanging out by the pool and playing games in the clubhouse. Only a bike ride to ice cream. We were sad it is already booked for next year, but found another unit. Hopefully the owner will be just as nice.

Hidden Gem

Loved staying in the condo! Was a quiet and much needed break for the family. We were close enough to Tampa attractions to do those but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city. We highly recommend a day trip to Tarpon Springs if you stay here.

Amazing!

My family and I loved this place. It had something for everyone, the condo, pool and game room were amazing. The fishing was great, and so was the area! Jean was absolutely amazing to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. I would definitely stay again!
