My wife and I offer our beautifully, newly renovated, and newly furnished GULF FRONT 1 bedroom unit for a dream vacation in Hudson, Florida. The bedroom features a memory foam king size bed and sliders allowing access to the balcony. The spacious living area features a very comfortable queen sofa bed. The unit comfortably sleep 4. Sliders leading out from your living room and bedroom to your private balcony give you panoramic views of the Olympic size heated pool, the private lagoon/ man made beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy both stunning sunsets and the gulf breezes. Large flatscreens are in both living room and bedroom with great service from Spectrum and Roku, along with high speed internet. Your kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a beautiful quartz countertop. The oven offers a large built in air fryer for your cooking needs. You'll find the kitchen supplied with everything you would need. The bathroom area features quartz countertop with shower and tub. Plenty of closet space for cloths and storage. Water pressure is incredible. Our place is perfect for a short term (6 nights minimum) or longer getaways. Affordability helps make it perfect for a couple or small family. Many amenities include unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lagoon, dog friendly(small), high speed internet, central AC and heat, Spectrum cable TV, dishwasher, built in air fryer(oven), hair dryer, linens, ironing board and iron, king bed, and queen bed ( sleeper bed), ice maker, easy access. Resort amenities include a heated Olympic size swimming pool, barbecue grill, coin laundry ( just a few steps away from entrance door), nature walk, tennis courts, game room, private man made beach, fitness center, entrance security (gated), open free parking, golf cart friendly community, clubhouse, and elevators. Area points of interest include Clearwater Beach (50 minutes), Tampa International (45 minutes), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (25 minutes), Weeki Wachee (20 minutes), many local beach bars and restaurants, SunWest Beach Park (10minute), Orlando (90 minutes). Our beautifully decorated condo is affordable and we believe our property will enhance your experience and make your stay unforgettable. Great Waterfront Condo

This property has just been remodeled and so it was clean and ready to go. It has a great view over the pool and waterfront. It also boast an ample balcony area. The bed was hands down one of the most comfortable I have ever had at a VRBO. Check in was easy and communication great. . We would absolutely stay here again!

Great relaxing stay

My husband and I were so pleased with this condo. The condo was very clean, kitchen supplies were enough. The balcony looked out on the gulf and palm trees. The pool view added a real resort feel and was directly below. The furniture was comfortable and the King bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and sheets if we needed the pull out couch. I would and will definitely be staying at this gem again.

Great Get-a-Way Experience!

Our host Robert had provided us with a great condo unit that is located right on the Gulf within a secured complex that is professionally maintained. The unit itself is fresh and artfully decorated. Many at home amenities were included that made for a truly fantastic stay. There are numerous activities in the area, and the pool was a big hit for my wife, as we met many friendly souls also enjoying the area. We highly recommend this condo for a great vacation. This 1 bedroom 2nd floor condo is truly a perfect choice to make for a beautiful vacation.
