L'un des condos Beachside les plus populaires de la région. Les installations comprennent 270 'directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Toilettes au bord de la plage, grande aire de bronzage avant du golfe, (également beaucoup de zones ombragées pour se protéger du soleil), tables de pique-nique, complexe fermé avec gardes de sécurité, parking couvert, deux ascenseurs, cuisine pleine grandeur, laveuse et sécheuse superposées. Les couloirs sont fermés parfaits par temps humide. Il y a 3 grandes piscines et une piscine pour les petits enfants. Pendant les mois d'hiver, l'une des piscines extérieures est chauffée.

Cette unité est sur le cÎté ouest avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et les couchers de soleil de l'aprÚs-midi. Fraßchement peint et mignon comme un bouton qui attend votre famille et vos invités. Ce complexe ne mesure que 3 étages - pas une grande hauteur. Nous avons maintenant le WiFi pour votre commodité.

Great get away

We stayed here with my kids, mom and mother in law and it was a great condo for all of us! We also loved that it was right next to the stairs so we didn’t have to wait forever for the elevator!

The entire property is very outdated. The condo desperately needs to be upgraded. The remote batteries were held in place by a piece of tape. The electric outlets were falling out of the wall which is possibly a fire hazard. The shower was so small I barely could move. The water pressure was terrible. The thermostat box looked like it hasn't been upgraded since the 1970s. The bedroom with the twin beds was so small, we had to crawl over the bed to get to the closet. Our stay was not bad, but the property and condo definitely needs to be upgraded

The location was great. Property is a little outdated. No water pressure in master bathroom. It wasn’t awful but I wouldn’t stay here again

Family time

Check in was easy. Condo was older. Electric sockets were coming out of wall and we could not use. Ice box was cool but not extremely cold. Elevator broke and had to use a further one and then it broke. My mom is 83 and can’t walk any distance and can not climb stairs. She was stuck in condo for 1 1/2 days. We had to split time staying with her so couldn’t utilize our family time. Got water did not last for everyone to bathe. Patio furniture was rusted. Springs were sticking up in one of the beds. Condo was clean with exception floors. Our feet were black. For pricing of 3 nights it definitely wasn’t worth it. Will not return.

Overall Stay

Overall, the property is a little outdated, particularly the external area including the garage and elevator. However, the property manger was great. He responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. The shower is very small, which made showering kind of difficult. I’d have to turn the water off to lather my body, then turn it back on to rinse the body wash off. This is because the shower is so compact, and there is no room to maneuver. Other than that, my kids ages 26, 24, 12, and 1 (grand baby) had a great time. They enjoyed the pools. The beach water was full of algae, so we were only on the beach for about 20 minutes.

The shower in the master bath is so small that I could move around very well, Condo was not stocked with toilet paper or paper towels - very easy access to the beach.

Beach Vacation

Love the location and options of 4 pools with direct beach access. Shower in main bathroom still does not work. Stayed in this same unit 5 years ago and the shower did not work then. We will definitely stay at this complex again however will book a different unit.

SUGAR BEACH CONDO

Check in smooth, beach access was good. The condo was super outdated. The beds were uncomfortable with cheap mattress. The extra pillows were old and stained. Wasn't clean. Plugs were broken. The pictures were manipulated. The so called corner view on balcony you had to lean over railing to see it. Very disappointed!

Great location

Property was just as depicted, proximity to the pools and beach was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Property manager was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

Sugar Beach Condo 2022

Nice, but very small! Bathroom toilets were for small children!! Very hard for older adults to even get up from these toilets!! Needs to be upgraded with newer furniture and toilets!! Vacuum cleaner was broken, but still in the closet! Needs to be replaced! Drier vent was full of lint before our first use, very dirty above drier and refrigerator. Dish washer was still full of clean dishes! The bedroom with twin beds had a closet, but could not be used because one of the beds blocked the entry! Overall, we made it okay!! Had a great time!!

Baseball & the beach!

It was a great week at this condo. There’s multiple pools to enjoy, a tennis court and pavilion areas if you prefer more shade like me. The beach is just right there too. The host of the property accommodated my request to check in a few hours early - such a quick response. And just prepare to pay $30 for a parking pass CASH ONLY vs $25 of which your agreement may state.

Beach Condo

The condo is small & dated but had everything we needed. The property has three pools (1-kid pool) and is right on the beach. There was a nice snack bar down by the pools that sold frozen drinks & beer along with sandwiches & other snack food. I would definitely rent it again.

This is a great location close to shopping and right on the beach. There is so much to do in Orange Beach. It is close to Foley and only a little over an hour from our home in Mobile. It is easy driving from almost anywhere and has the best beaches on the coast. We have grown up going to the beach every summer and now we can share our condo with others.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are 4 pools, one is a large kiddie pool which our 2 year old granddaughter loves to play in because it is not over her head. We have three other pools - two out on the Gulf and one of them is in the middle of the complex. A lot of folks enjoy the Sugar Shack, a snack, food and drink bar by the pools. There are also gazebos for people who want to stay out of the sun or for eating in the shade. There are also bathrooms close to the pools. Tennis courts and shuffle board are available above the parking level. Also the cars are parked in the shade on the bottom floor of the complex. Across from the condos is a seafood shop that will steam shrimp, corn and potatoes while you wait. That makes for an easy affordable meal. Of course you can buy fresh and cook yourself. There are many fine restaurants close by and you must visit the Wharf for a summer concert. There are shops, restaurants and a Farris Wheel my grandkids enjoy.
