Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs sleep up to 4 people. There is a 40" TV in the living room and a 26" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. NO PETS ALLOWED AS PER OWNER. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

A small slice of Paradise

Seaspray is a wonderful family-oriented facility with a great location on the beach and with great access to surrounding areas. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice touch to make your time on the beach very enjoyable. The unit is clean, nice, and stocked with necessary dishes and utensils. The only caution is that although the unit advertises room for 6, it would be very, very tight for 6 people of which 1 would sleep on a normal length couch and 1 on a shorter couch. It would be tight for 4 adults, but doable with a rotation in a very small bathroom on the 2nd floor and willingness to share 1 BR with 2 queen beds. The unit was very comfortable for 2 people, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to go back to this unit with just the 2 of us.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation. This condo does sleep a max of 4 people. We will have this looked into. Our location is great. Seaspray is a little hidden gem right on the beaches of Okaloosa Island. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions. Grocery store is within 2 miles and we are 5.5 miles west of Destin.

Seaspray is a great place to enjoy your vacation. We provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation for you to relax and enjoy the beach. Enjoy a night time swim in the pool or take in a work out in the gym which has a men's and women's hot sauna. We invite you to come and enjoy your vacation with the family at our beautiful private beach.
