The Cute & unique Lazy Bear PINK condo is centrally located less than 5 minutes from Kings Beach & North Star Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak & only 15 minutes from Incline Village & Squaw Valley Resort. The condo offers Pool, Spa, Sauna, Game Room, modern open layout & multiple sleeping options, including Twin bunk beds, Queen sleeper sofa & Singe foldout chair-bed in living room, kitchen, bathroom, lovely fireplace & spacious patio and beautiful view of the forest.

Feel free to park at any available spot between building #1 and building #2. Please make sure to not block any of our neighbors cars during your stay!
Please don't park in the small parking lot behind the building, this is only intended for home owners.

*NOTE. We take great pleasure in regularly updating and enhancing our property. This includes incorporating new decorations, throw pillows and blankets, furniture, and bedding, and refreshing the color scheme. We understand the unpredictability of winter travel, especially when it comes to reaching Tahoe. Please note that in the event that unexpected weather leads to road closures and impacts your travel plans, please be aware that our policy doesn't allow for refunds in such weather-related circumstances.

Tip: We recommend obtaining travel insurance as an additional layer of protection for your trip. Your travel insurance may offer assistance or reimbursement for unexpected delays due to winter storms.

Wonderfully Simple Everything we needed

Hi everything was clean and all of the basic necessities were there. Loved the clubhouse too. Easy stay!

The room is very cute with everything you need!!! Close to kings beach! The pool gets closed for the winter. Hot tub is small. The game room is older looking but cute with air hockey ping pong chess and pool.

There was an odd smell that the condo had which wasn’t pleasant. The pool was closed for repairs which was not mentioned in the website at all. Neither did the host inform me of it which was annoying because I wasn’t able to enjoy that amenity. I’m glad the jacuzzi WAS open. I asked the host about the pool and she ignored the first two messages so I was not happy about that. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at. Clean and organized.

Great efficiency unit recently renovated, clean, and well stocked. Several complaints however

1) Parking is mostly reserved for residents with visitor parking being fairly far away. A bit of a maze to find your unit even after arriving at the main building. 2) Laundry facility on site but locked. Host never responded to our request for combo 3) Single pane windows ensured the fireplace was running often. Same windows had a sheer blind which at night, let in a lot of light from the exterior lights. Need blackout shades in my opinion 4) Reserved through vrbo months in advance and paid in full. However 2 days prior to checkin, host messages that per their reservation policy I needed to provide id and credit card. There was no such policy on the VRBO listing but felt compelled to provide otherwise wouldn’t get the keys. Seems they're juggling multiple listing sites and holding guests hostage. While overall pleasant experience, I wouldn’t stay again as the convenience/cost equation didn’t balance out for my needs

In the winter, you are just 5 minutes away from Northstar Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak, and 15 minutes from Incline Village and Squaw Valley Resort. During the evening, enjoy live music or try your luck at any of the great casino resorts just a short 5 minutes drive.

Walking distance to biking and hiking trails, Kings Beach, Downtown restaurants and entertainment. Uber is available in the immediate area and can take you anywhere within the Lake Tahoe area

The exclusive luxury corporate vacation home is in close proximity to all the fun things you can enjoy outside like road & mountain biking in Lake Tahoe area, Folsom & Auburn area, ski & snowboard in Northstar, Squaw Valley & Heavenly ski resorts, paddle boarding on the American River & Lake Tahoe, windsurfing & kite surfing in Rio Vista or the Bay Area, wakeboarding in Wake Island - all located within short drive. Our guests enjoy visiting Tahoe area, Reno, Lodi, Napa & Sonoma Valley for some world class wine tasting. We have mountains on one side and Ocean on the other side and that makes this area even more desirable for all the outdoor enthusiast
