Pet Friendly, Fully Fenced Cozy Cottage by the Beach

This home is in a great location and 1.1-2 miles ooaway from beach (depending on the entrance you choose) and the best dining and shopping Naples has to offer! Home features two bedrooms and one joining bathroom. Kitchen has been fully updated with tasteful accents . Large fully fenced backyard (5,000 sq ft) with plenty of room for entertaining and for the puppies to run around.
Washer & dryer are available for use
The tree damaged & pavers damaged by hurricane ian have been removed and replaced.
Naples Park is 2 miles away from Vanderbilt beach and 1.1 miles away from entrance of Wiggins Pass State Park

$75 pet fee including ESA. Please provide papers for service animals. Must be flea free. Host has the right to charge additional fees if property is infested during or after the guest stays. Kindly disclose if you have a pet during booking. Dogs 50 lbs and below only. Cleaning fee is separate from pet fee.

I do my best to provide a clean space for you. I expect you to please leave the place clean as well. Cleaning fee does not equal to my cleaner putting mess away. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if you leave the rental messy (dirty dishes, unacceptable dirty sheets, sand everywhere on the floor or couch etc) Fee will be dependent upon additional fee charged by the cleaner.

No parties allowed. ZERO TOLERANCE for parties, and drugs. No over consumption of alcohol in the property.

Rent responsibly and at your own risk. Host will not be responsible for any incidents.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property.
Not suitable for those taller than 6’3” because of the cieling fans. This is a true beach cottage :)

As the renter, you agree to be an occupant of the property for the entire duration of the rental and the property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Note that this is a 1958 home, it’s updated, its cozy but it’s not perfect. :)
