Overall our stay was great and we would return! Pro: Beautiful viewsGreat locationPlenty of spaceWalking distance to the pier and a couple different restaurants. Beautiful beach with amazing shells.Hot tub and poolCons: Our code didn't work when we arrived so we had to contact the office and wait to get a new one.The lounger in the pictures on the patio was gone and that was part of the reason we rented the place. We contacted the property manager and all though they were quick and friendly with responses the issue was never resolved.The unit needed a good dusting but overall the cleaniness was good.

Wonderful time in Navarre as always, the unit was clean, comfortable for my whole family- even my 1 year old! We enjoyed ourselves so much this week! Would book again for sure!

Perfect Spot

We loved: that we could enjoy the gorgeous views from our condo; that we could quickly & easily get to the beach, the pier and Pier Bar and grocery stores; that the kitchen was well appointed; and that we had prompt & courteous help on-site with any of our questions or problems. Would definitely rent again!

Condo nice , plenty of space , convenient location. My only complaint was 9:00am check-out . I own vacation rentals and the average checkout time is 10:00 or 11:00

Property was exactly as described. Neat and clean. No complaints. Great location directly next to the pier. Very quiet area only 30 minute drive either way to the Destin area or the Pensacola area. Beaches were not crowded in October.

Nice size condo for four people but problems with getting parking and beach passes. DISHWASHER did not work but fixed on our 5th day. TV not working right but fixed on our 5th of 7 day at beach stay.Leaky shower. I will not stay here again.

We loved this condo! It was clean and spacious. They provided everything you needed to cook; however, the frying pans were not in good condition. That was our only complaint. Clean linens, bedding and towels. I would suggest if you need extra pillows or towels to bring them. The view was beautiful! Convenient to everything. The public areas such as the pool, restrooms and fitness room were clean. The door codes worked. We had trouble logging into the Wifi, but customer service quickly resolved it. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. Highly recommend it.

Great location - but way too many maintenance issues - maintenance personnel in unit 5 of the 6 days we were there :(. Would not recommend this unit - knew about a shower door rendering the master bathroom unusable before we got there and they didn’t tell us ….

The beds are VERY HARD!!!! I read a review about the beds being so hard but I took a chance and regretted it because that review was very true, and a full week on a hard bed is no fun!! Only 1 elevator is working and according to previous guests, there was only 1 working last summer! The resorts are under construction and they will close the pool and access to the beach boardwalk without any notification for the whole day!! The air conditioner worked great and that was a huge plus!! Staying on the 2nd floor was a positive since only 1 elevator is working!!

Navarre Condo 204

Location was great. The condo needs a detailed cleaning - floor corners, the suer and washer area and corners and behind doors in bathrooms. The front door lock was a pain. The bolt did not clear the door jam hole and we had to call and get a key to open it. They came and tried to fix it but it only worked with they keyless entry for the day. The couch needs replaced. It has missing buttons on the seat cushions.

Master shower door still broken and taped up

Upon checking in I noticed the master bathroom shower door was taped shut. We were not made aware of this prior, even though it was clearly evident it has been a while. It has even been in others reviews. I reached out to the property manager and they said they would put in a work order for it then when I reached out to them again, mid week, they acted like parts had been ordered. It would not come in until after our stay, the aggravating part is they knew this the entire time and did not make us aware.

Overall it was wonderful and equipped with everything we needed. I did have a few issues. The master bed was very uncomfortable and could use more pillows. The major problem was the lock on the front door. When we would put code in it would just keep making noise and take forever to unlock. We would have to keep pulling back and forth until it would finally catch and unlock. This also happened when we would try to leave which is a fire hazard. We couldn’t manually unlock the door very easily at all. The master shower door was broke when we first arrived but they communicated through email in a timely manner and got it fully repaired. Other than that it was amazing!

Won't be back!

The condo itself was fine except the kitchen is not very well equipped if you like to cook, there was 1 extra pillow and no extra blankets in the entire 3 bedroom unit, one elevator was out of service the entire trip and the "security" people were totally ridiculous!! There was nothing posted anywhere in our unit about the red rubber bracelets that they wanted you to wear (like there are tons of people trespassing to start with) and instead of being reasonable about the bracelet- some of the security would threaten to have you arrested for trespassing for not having it, they were confrontational with people over the bracelet, even telling you one day you didn't have to wear it just make sure it was nearby and then the next day saying they never said anything like that. We can go to plenty of nicer places for similar money and not deal with the harrasement. Heard many, many complaints about being treated with the same disrespect and when we called the HOA to complain, they hung up on us and left the phone off the hook. I hate it for the owner but I will tell everyone I know not to rent in this building ever again!

Beautiful Resort But….

My family of 6, 4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler stayed in this condo for 4 nights during spring break. The condo shows so well in the images but in reality had some things that we felt needs attention. On the plus side we found the condo layout perfect. The walk in shower and well equipped kitchen along with each bedroom having its on on suite bath was very good for our comfort. What we didn’t find great was there was not one comfortable place to sit in the main room. The sofa was glamorous but very uncomfortable and needed a deep cleaning. Almost all the furnishings looked shabby in person. Broken corners on the table for example. A good layer of dust in the lower shelf of the tv console and a giant dust ball in the master suite bathroom were a turn off. The rugs were worn and appeared dirty. The beds were very hard to my taste. On the positive side the staff was very attentive around the pool area, the access to the beach and the lobby area. The “heated” pool was clean but not very heated. We did experience unusually cool weather. Lastly we were never told that with our rental we had designated chairs and a lovely beach umbrella on the beach. My son discovered this our last afternoon when he inquired about renting chairs and the umbrella. We missed out on 3 days of enjoyment because we weren’t made aware of the inclusion of chairs and umbrella. All things considered we made the best of it.

Great place

We loved our short stay. Second floor. Great access from the stairs so we didn't have to wait on the elevator. Great ocean views. Easy walking distance to 3 decent restraunts and the pier. The house was stocked with much more than expected. More than enough to cook with. Plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, etc. It also had TP, paper towels, garbage liners, even some dishwasher soap. The rooms were all great with each having direct access to a bathroom. The layout of the place was very comfortable. And having the washer/dryer there was fantastic. A nice surprise was that the TV had Chromecast and the smart TV gave us plenty of access to watch whatever we wanted. I didn't mind to much, but my wife complained about the cleanliness. The only things there of note was that the floor was a bit sandy when walking in the first time. And there was an empty beer can on the deck and empty water bottle in one of the dresser drawers. Some have said the beds were hard. I would say they were "firm" but I like firm beds. They are good for your back; and we all slept very comfortably. The weather was a bit cool but the ocean still very swimmable. There were two rows of chairs/umbrellas all the way down the beach. Due to the high rises in the area, I can imagine this beach gets super crowded during the season. But it was very manageable in October. Oh, and the pool(s) were a nice touch. All with a hot tub as well. I didn't think we'd use them with the ocean right there but we did. Overall, had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Beach View

The location of the property was amazing and the stay was enjoyable. The plus of the location was it was right next to the pier so it wasn’t far to go if we wanted to walk in it. We saw some fisherman catch and release a shark which was amazing. The negatives of the property is that it is definitely the bare minimum. There weren’t any slices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap. We didn’t have any laundry soap and only a little packet of dish soap. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. The heated pool was very nice and the hot tub was nice and hot.
