This conveniently located second-story detached apartment is quaint and surrounded by trees near the newly restored Commodore Perry Estate. This 600-square-foot apartment with abundant light offers one bedroom, a living area, one bathroom, galley kitchen, and a breakfast nook. In addition, there is a small deck completed with a table and chairs. Guests have use of a large inground pool, and a neighborhood replete with restaurants, a bakery, and a coffee shop within a short walking distance. Close to multiple bus lines. Locally baked goods will be provided upon arrival.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location in Austin

We came to Austin for a week to see the eclipse and fell in love with the city. Apartment was clean, well set up and was exactly as advertised. We appreciated having the kitchen so we could have breakfast and make our lunches each day. The owners were wonderful and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and had all our requirements met. We could not have asked for better hosts. The location was amazing. This was a pleasant surprise for us. We knew nothing about Austin and picked this place for the apartment, but when we showed up and started walking around the neighbourhood (as recommended by our hosts) we were very, very impressed. There are three grocery stores nearby. One large and two trendy. So our breakfast and lunch needs were easily met. There is a bakery nearby (Quacks), that has an amazing almond croissant that became a daily routine to go with our iced lattes from First Light Books and Coffee Shop. The book store was also a first class bookstore with a large selection of books and also provided recommendations which we appreciated. There are several restaurants nearby and we found that we ate at them every night. And they were all excellent. The location is also within walking distance to the university and only a couple minutes off the 35 highway so access was great. The next time we are in Austin, we will definitely be staying here.

Great Place in Austin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and charming. Awesome location in central Austin. The hosts were extremely nice and thoughtful (there was a delicious b-day treat for us when we arrived). We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Girls Trip

5 Star Review! This charming property has everything you could need to feel at home. It was very clean and comfortable. It has privacy from the main house and nestled in a quiet, charming residential neighborhood. It was located close to downtown, grocery stores and university area so made touring Austin very easy. The host was thoughtful, communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Austin

This is a great place to stay. The space is very nice and the perfect size for my wife and I. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. Tracey is a fantastic host and I appreciated her checking in on us to make sure we had the best possible time. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this rental to everyone.

Weekend get away for our freshman daughters parent weekend

We loved our stay! They had thought of everything from homemade cookies to fresh flowers. The apartment was quiet, clean, private and very quaint. The owners were super friendly and very easy to work with, we will be back for future stays!! Win, win situation, one we would highly recommend for all! They have a pool as well that we were welcome to use, we did not have the time this trip. Thank you!!!
