La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur une vue imprenable sur l'océan, vous vous sentirez comme sur votre île privée au milieu de l'océan Atlantique avec seulement une vue sur l'océan et le ciel. Ce condo en bord de mer a des plafonds de 8 pieds et 8 pouces, des portes coulissantes en verre de 8 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et le salon. Chambre des maîtres avec accès au balcon, bain à remous de 6 pieds, douche carrelée, comptoirs en granit, walk-in climatisé.

This place was AWESOME! Just far enough away from all the crowds, but close enough to everything essential. Check-in was super easy, parking was safe, condo had all the basic essentials for a beach stay for several days. The kitchen was well stocked with basic amenities, and you truly can't beat the view.

This condo is wonderful!!! Beautiful views and fully stocked. My husband who is disabled was able to use this condo. Only downside, we were not told about the re tiling of the first floor and my husband could not gain handicap access to the pool for 3 days and one day he was not able to leave due to the way they had the entrance closed. His scooter would not easily fit without damaging the walls or scooter. Ramp to beach was wonderful.

The condo and its location are relatively ok. However, there was mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. The floors underneath the furniture and in the corners of every room looked like it had not been swept in months. The sinks were all dirty with remnants of previous guests items. The windows have black mold. The bed covers are stained. The beds and mattresses are so worn they bow in the middle making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The kitchen is in major need of new items. The pans, skillets and cooking utensils look to be over 10 years old and everyone of them had to be washed before being used. Not to mention items were space when looking for something to use. Overall for the amount of money we paid I would say we were extremely disappointed with it being called a “luxury condo”. Further worth mentioning, the trash room downstairs stinks up the entire first floor. The pool had algae growing on the side of the walls and in the filters.

We lived in Daytona for a few years, fell in love with the laid back atmosphere yet busy and full of activity only parts of the year. We decided to buy this Condo to enjoy the beach and the surrounding activities. We live an hour away from Daytona Beach.
