Welcome to our new addition, a modern 2-bedroom, 1 Bath home. We are just minutes (if not seconds for the Boardwalk/Ocean). No need to carry your beach items and struggle to reach the beach. Tired of using the public rest room, well you could be back in your beach home in moments. BEST OF ALL INCLUDES 3 BEACH BADGES...

Our Beachhouse is a 2-family, and your unit is on the lower level. Entrance is ground level.. We would describe it as cozy and cute with lots of charm. You have your own private entrance as well as shared picnic table and propane grill.

Cozy cottage that's quaint and inviting

Seaside Heights native! Beautiful property that's VERY close to the boardwalk and beach. The host was very nice, accommodating, and quick to help with any issues that arose. My boyfriend very much enjoyed his birthday trip and the location of the cottage definatly added to the experience!

Nice comfortable place

Overall, very comfortable, clean, and pleased with everything. Had a great father/son excursion. Just to be clear, it is a basement unit but very nice and comfortable. Very well equipped. The VRBO listing is a bit inaccurate. It mentioned all memory foam beds. We only used the 2 twins and I would say they aren’t as an owner of memory foam mattresses. Listing states washing machine but there isn’t one, however, we didn’t need it. Listing states sleeps 4 (true), however, door had a label in upper left corner that said max occupancy is 3. (We only had 2 so not an issue) Free on-street parking was provided with a parking pass. Worked out very well. Great location. Just a few houses away from the heart of the boardwalk. Overall, very satisfied. I would do rent it again.

Photos and description are exactly correct and all of the lovely comments about the property owner ring true also. 1/2 block to beach with off street parking. A happy little getaway.

Great location!!

John was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is very clean and tidy, and has three grills outside. The yard is shared, so if all the units wanted to grill at once they could! There are outdoor showers too. Perfect to get the sand off you, which you need. Because the house is right at the beach. You walk half a block and you’re on the boardwalk! You can see the Ferris wheel from the driveway. The beach entrance is right there. It’s perfect! Would definitely recommend!!! Great experience!

Good Place

This is a solid unit, especially given its location. It is clean and functional. We had an overall positive experience. Here are a few notes for prospective customers: • The unit is essentially a finished basement, so you will have little in the way of natural light, breezes, or views, and the ceilings are decidedly low. • It is a tad light on kitchenware, but the owner was responsive in providing a few extra utensils. • The backyard is OK but not too fancy. There is a clothesline, grill, and outdoor shower, although the latter does not have a door and the water pressure is a little low. • The off-street parking is nice, but beware that 3 units are sharing 4 spaces in a 2x2 alignment. Thus, 2 cars will be parked in, which may make coming and going a little tricky. In our case, we met both neighbors fairly quickly, and we did not do much driving, so it was easy for all of us to accommodate each others’ vehicular movements. All and all, it was an enjoyable stay.

The apt was in the middle if everything. We didn't need a car at all really. So close to the beach. John Anthony was very communicative. And the space was perfect for what we needed.

Great location

Landlord was really helpful and accommodating. We had the bottom part of the house which is an older cottage like many of the bungalows in the area but updated tiles and fixtures and clean. It’s not a wow property but your literally steps from the beach and boardwalk.

Quiet family place near the boardwalk

This is a quiet place you wouldn't believe how close to the boardwalk you really are. It's a clean place to stay and you will feel at home. Consider staying here next time you need a place at Seaside Heights.

Boardwalk Fun

The basement apartment was pretty much as described. The property was clean and the property manager was helpful and attentive. The best part is the location. It's just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Also very close to the water park and mini golf. One heads up tho, If you are tall (I am 6'5"), since it is a basement unit, the ceilings are a bit low, so I could not stand all the way up in some parts of the unit.
