This is an excellent location on a quiet street just minutes away from the area's best restaurants (MAS, The Local, Tavola, Belle, Conmole, Southern Crescent, Lampo, and Bar Tomas) and a 10 minute walk to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall. Access to this ground-floor suite is gained through the front door/ shared foyer of the house. There is a shared laundry room in the building for all guests.
