Royal Dunes is a stunning four-bedroom, private saltwater pool, and spa. It offers 2,180 square feet of luxury living and 500 square feet garage that has been transformed into a game room. Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends and family with a comfortable area for a cocktail or a movie night.

This modern home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen with an enormous island area that sits six people. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 86-inch smart TV. The beautiful dining area features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything from A to Z! Utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, mugs, bakeware, and some spices, condiments and oils are provided. Also, a toaster oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle.

The outdoor space is a masterpiece with a huge salt water swimming pool and hot tub, built-in gas BBQ. This stylish and modern home is located in Bermuda Dunes/Indio and is perfect for all your vacation needs. It's where sophistication meets entertainment and fun. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and Polo Grounds and more! Relax and unwind at the pool where you can swim all day, sit-back on the lounge area and play all night. Create lasting memories with your friends and family while swimming in the refreshing saltwater pool and enjoy some sun on the lounge chairs. Take pleasure in some great barbecue on any of the three BBQ selections built into the outdoor grill area. It includes a built-in gas BBQ, flattop BBQ, and Mediterranean BBQ grill. You can have your meals on the outdoor dining table with room for 10 and/or 4 stools at the granite bar peninsula. There is also a nearby table that seats 4, along with an umbrella for shade. Once your tummy is full, enjoy an after-dinner drink watching the sunset in this amazing backyard area, and end the night in the heated spa.

POOL HEATING FEE: $100 per day for pool heat. If you want the pool to be heated upon arrival, please let us know the day prior. Long-term guests, please inquire. The pool is a saltwater pool that is 15x30. It is 3 1/2 ft deep in the shallow and 5ft deep in the deepest part.

NOISE DISTURBANCES - city fines for noise after 10 PM start at $1000. Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily and we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. If we receive any complaints, we will contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If the noise continues you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund. If any citations are issued you will be responsible to pay.
