***PLEASE NOTE THE CONDO IS IN A COMPLEX ON MISSION BAY, STEPS TO THE SAND. VRBO has it as a 12min walk, which is misleading.
Enjoy this fully furnished, top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse unit, with peek bay view and no shared walls. The complex sits on the sand and is steps to Mission bay, and Pacific beach is only 5 blocks away. Also enjoy a 14 mile boardwalk, right outside the complex...great for walking, jogging or riding bikes. Gated underground parking (1 space) with an elevator that takes you to the top floor, and is only a few steps to the unit. Please note: no vehicles over 6ft 5inches will fit in parking garage.
Secure gated complex with bay front community BBQ grills, HEATED POOL and outdoor shower. Excellent location directly located on Sail Bay and 5 blocks to the beach.
You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo, within easy walking distance to the bay, beach, shops, restaurants, sports bars, coffee houses, taco shops, Belmont Amusement Park and much more. There is no shortage of "things to do" in Pacific Beach. Also, just a short walk up the boardwalk is the famous Catamaran Hotel/Spa, where you can rent bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, boats, jet skis and much more through Action Sport Rentals or Mission Bay sports.

The location is primo. Direct bay access out the building back door with a park seconds away. Easy, lovely walking access to ocean boardwalk via bay walk. Walkable really nice neighborhood access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, post office, library and other services. Close to freeway access to get anywhere. The unit itself has every key amenity: secure parking under the building, washer/dryer in unit, balcony with a peekaboo view of the bay that's a great spot for breakfast. Moreover, it's top floor so no one overhead, there's an elevator and stairways, and it's quiet. Clean, light, bright living room / kitchen / dining area. Hosts are lovely, responsive, helpful.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay and really enjoyed our two weeks in Pacific Beach! The condo is clean, spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a longer stay. We absolutely love the location on the bay and close to the Pacific. There are also many great spots to eat nearby. It is a walker’s paradise! We look forward to our next stay!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our three week stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! We loved being on the bay,,with the Bayside Walk and a short walk to the ocean. There are also loads of fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. We look forward to our next stay in February/March!

Great location!

We loved the location of this condo. With a sliver of the bay view, we were just steps from the sand. We loved walking (10-15 mins) to the Pacific Beach for meals and ocean views. We were a quick drive to Ocean Beach and downtown. The condo had everything we needed! It was comfortable and a perfect place to relax when we needed to. We would stay here again!

Bowl Game Trip Family Fun

A great property in a great location with so much to do and really a perfect home base for our bowl game trip to SD, LA and AZ. Stacie is great with communication and ideas. We would stay here again and loved the area ideas and local knowledge they shared. Perfect set up for us.

LOVED IT!!

Vacationed at this little slice of heaven for 10 days with the family and we were so thrilled with the location, pool and beach access. Stacie was a phenomenal host and was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is clean, the complex is quiet and the parking garage was so handy to have! The condo is stocked with everything you need. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a perfect getaway! Thanks for having us :)

EXCEPTIONAL Visit!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo, the location, and the warm welcome by the owners. Stacie went out of her way to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay and was quick to respond to messages. Instructions in the condo were clear with lots of ideas and thoughts on what to do in the area. The condo was exactly as described - clean, family friendly, and stocked! The secure garage parking was a WIN! The proximity to so many things in the area was key. I can't WAIT to come back to this condo... so many memories made!

Easy access to Mission Bay/Pacific Beach

Location is great, the unit just needs a buff up. Supplies were inadequate, we ran out of kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Master Bedroom heat did not work but the host was responsive and ran over a space heater.

Great Stay, Condo Needs Some TLC, Boycotting More USA Travel For Now

Our host was AMAZING, and the location was great!However the condo had dirty dishes in the cupboards, maybe the maid thought the dishwasher was run by the previous guest and put them away? There were cobwebs and dead insects in some of the ceiling lights and high windows, the glass shelf in the small bathroom was so gross we put a hand towel over top. In small bathroom the sink tap leaks if shut off on cold setting. Little things easily fixed.Sadly we will not be spending any of our Canadian travel dollars anywhere in the US anymore until the economic warfare against our nation designed to cripple us so our sovereign country can be taken over as a 51st state against our will, is resolved. We hope it’s soon as we always enjoy visiting the US.

Family trip to San Diego 2024

The only positive point about this listing is it’s location. The host was responsive up to a certain point and eventually stopped responding. We had many issues with this place. The first being the uncleanliness, my 4 year old son found dirty panties on the bedroom floor. The other issues were with the heating not working in bedrooms and the place smelling of mildew and being laced with dust and pet hair. We could not even access the patio because the door was jammed. I would save your money and find another place to stay.

Home on Bay

This unit was just as Stacie described—and it’s on Mission Bay. We just walked out the back pool gate and 14+/- miles of beautiful bay boardwalk greeted us! My husband and I really took advantage of that and we walked everyday—weather lived up to its reputation—magnificent! In the early evening we’d sometimes take a short stroll over to the Catamaran Hotel for a drink. The unit is equipped for cooking but there are too many restaurants in Pacific Beach or La Jolla or other places close by that we enjoy so we usually ended up eating most of our meals out! It is really a convenient, very central location. We loved having a unit on the top floor of an elevator building. We definitely liked relaxing on our little balcony. And it was great to have coded doors and a garage door opener—no worry about keys! The Unit is clean & well-appointed with lots of towels and linens. The unit washer and dryer was an excellent addition! We found the neighbors in the building very quiet and friendly. We could see that they take great pride in their building. Parking is great. The reserved space under the building with a section to keep bikes works out well. My husband and I had a delightful time and we got to spend time visiting our 5 year old grandson who requested that we stay at the unit every time we visit!! We’ll be back for sure! Nice property in a great location with super hosts. We very much enjoyed being able to do walks along mission bay right next to the property. Plus, the ocean is only a few minutes walk away. The property had everything we needed to cook meals. Lastly, it was cool when we were there at night, so fortunately there is heat you can turn on in the electric fireplace.

Great spot for 2 days or a month

Highly recommend - i live in this neighborhood and needed a home away from home while my place was getting renovated and this was perfect for any occassion you need.

Great place, Ideal location and attentive host- Felt like home

My wife, daughter and I spent two great weeks at this Bay Front property. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully stocked.. The view from the couch on the balcony was actually much better than the pictures on the sight. The location was perfect as we were on Mission Bay and just about 1/2 mile from the ocean (Pacific Beach). Stacie and Tom were very responsive and made sure we were welcome, comfortable and made us feel at home. We all thought this was a great value and hope to get the opportunity to stay at this property again. Thanks Stacie and Tom!

Perfect place for family

This place is awesome. It was perfect for our family with 2 little kids. Acces was easy with an underground parking and an elevator with chariot to bring our stuff. It was really quiet and there was everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and there was direct acces to the bay and the playground. Acces to the highway and stores was really easy as well. I am really recommending this place.

Amazing condo with a great location!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing condo! It has such a great location on the bay and so close to the ocean and offered everything we’d want in a condo
and more!! The hosts are incredible and even sent some great recommendations of attractions they thought our boys would enjoy ahead of time to assist us in planning our trip! We are excited to plan our next stay here!

But we have always wanted to buy a place back in Pacific Beach on Mission Bay. This has been a dream of ours for a long time, and we are so excited to be able to share it with others.
