This place was amazing! Location was so central, loved the steps access to the bay and all the amenities included. The condo was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed! We will definitely be booking here for our future annual visits!

I felt very safe and it was so beautiful on the Bayside. Restaurants were in walking distance and so was the beach and shopping and the rollarcoaster. We had a great time.

By far the most perfect experience I have ever had. Everything was wonderful and I have already shared this property to a few friends so they can hopefully book. We will be back next year for our new annual family vacation. Thank you to the owners for being so wonderful.

Location was perfect - everything was walkable. Great house if you don't mind being on the 2nd floor. Grandparents got up and down the stairs without a problem and loved sitting on the balcony.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. A perfect location to relax and close to all the other things we wanted to do - zoo, baseball game, museums - all within 15-20 minutes. And a 5-minute walk to the ocean! We had plenty of room for our family of four adults to spread out and not feel crowded. I would recommend both this location and the host. She was quick to answer any questions and provided all the necessary details for checking-in and the surrounding areas. We were very happy with our selection.

We had an AMAZING stay! The location is wonderful, with views overlooking the bay and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was receptive to questions and available to help if need be. Also, the amount of beach stuff that were available to us made my teen and child super happy. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location

Beautiful views looking out to misson bay. 5 min walk to Belmont park. Located right on the sand of mission bay, and very quiet compared to Mission Beach just a block away. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful!! Great location, we took advantage of the quieter bay side of the water, not crowded and was perfect since its just downstairs from the rental. Inside was clean and spacious, we appreciated the towels and beach items for guests. Jenny was a lovely host, responded quickly and gave us great tips about restaurants in the area. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wow this property is better than described. In our opinion, there was not one thing that has been overlooked in this home. The bay view was amazing . The home was fully stocked, Including fresh coffee. Everything we needed was there. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels, shampoo and great smelling soap. There was a make up mirror and make up wipes on the counter in the bathroom. .It was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at in the Mission Beach area. Parking was not a problem for us . We rented a 4 door Toyota Camry and the carport worked out just fine . You literally park and walk everywhere from the property . It was extremely quiet and safe. It was rather warm when we visited but with fans everywhere and the breeze we were remarkably cool. Lots of beach equipment, all clean and in great working order. Beach towels in the home. If we find ourselves back in the area we’d definitely rent this property again. Loved it!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The location and view can't be beat in the area. The owners went above amd beyond for us twice during our stay. We travel frequently to San Diego and will book again for sure.

Amazing location

Great location. Easy to walk to Belmont Park and beach. Located on beach on Mission Bay. Great for two year old. Amazing views looking into beach and Mission Bay from unit. Excellent property with amazing views.

Beautiful condo and awesome location

The listing was accurate and everything we needed was provided. We were able to see the Seaworld fireworks from the balcony.The light in the dining area was a little dim for working puzzles but everything else was perfect.
