Wonderful Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect place to stay at Santa Rosa beach. Our entire family really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, and the beach umbrella and chair set up is so nice. It was wonderful!The owner or manager responded promptly to a small issue that I had.

Wonderful Location!

The sunrise community is amazing. We have stayed in several properties here and this was one of our favorites so far! Plenty of space for our big group. Beautifully decorated and conveniently located to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely house in a gated community with a private beach just steps away. Easy walk to pizza, coffee, restaurants, shops but still feels secluded.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was in a perfect location for walking to stores and to the beach. The beach access is extremely close to the house and it was roomy and comfortable. The primary suite is huge and the other rooms were spacious as well. There was an issue with a couple of kitchen appliances when we first got in but it was quickly taken care of by the sweet property manager. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some positives and negatives about The Tide Life:POSITIVES: Location! Location! Location! This is our third time to stay in this neighborhood (tenth time in this block) so we were very familiar with this location. It is the reason to choose this property. Great access to beach and shopping/restaurants. The views from second and third floor balconies are amazing! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. but not any extra cooking supplies like you encounter in other places. Side deck is great with grill! Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are new and clean.NEGATIVES: We were completely unaware that there is an apartment above the garage that is rented seperately at this home. We would NOT have chosen this location if we had known there was a shared driveway and space in ANY capacity, even with a second entrance. There is also no access to garage. We were completely caught off gaurd when we came home night two and there was another car in the driveway. Although I understand that sometimes spaces are shared, this is not disclosed in the listing, and I feel like it absolutely should be for anyone renting this property. I had three teenage girls with me and several teenage boys and I would have liked to have been aware of this beforehand. This just seems like fair and best practice as a rental space. Overall, great trip, but book knowing you could be sharing close proximity with others in this home.
