Outre une literie pour 22 personnes et une piscine privée (chauffage disponible), la terrasse sur le toit au quatrième étage vous place au-dessus de tout le monde sur 30A et offre une meilleure vue que nulle part ailleurs! Il y a trois étages, un toit-terrasse avec un bar et une zone de grillades en plein air, une literie pour 22 personnes, 6 chambres à coucher, 5 salles de bain, deux unités séparées (un grand quartier de belle-mère au premier niveau), de nombreuses places de parking et BEAUCOUP PLUS!

Situé à seulement quelques minutes du bord de mer, dans le quartier emblématique de Seagrove, du côté sud de 30A, avec rien entre vous et la plage sauf votre piscine privée et une promenade, Above It All est idéal pour vos grandes vacances à la plage ou vos réunions de famille. Nous avons eu une tonne de mises à jour pour la saison de location 2017!

Great location! The beach is a short, private walk from the house and the sand and location is amazing! The house comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs that are set up daily on the beach for your private use. There were boogie boards and pools toys available and the pool was very warm! There were also plenty of beach towels! There were also plenty of food options all close by! There were food trucks, grocery stores, bike rentals, shopping areas, all within 10-15 minutes of the rental. The main area is perfect if you can't do a lot of stairs. The other living area has a lot of stairs but that wasn't a problem for us. The construction is right next door and would start as early as 7 am on weekdays. It was a bit noisy but the stay was still worth it! Check-in and check out were super easy and we will definitely come back again! Loved everything!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop had a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. It was also in a great location, just a short drive to lots of nice restaurants and shops and a very short walk to the private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay overall was good, but there were no instructions on how to work the TV and a number of things needed to be fixed while we were there. The beach and pool were great, and we had a great time.

My family had a nice stay overall and really enjoyed the large rooftop deck & provided beach chairs umbrella. However, there was construction going on next door during our entire stay, and the workers parked in our driveway everyday, usually four pickup trucks each day and twice blocked the driveway completely so we couldn’t get in or out. The home also didn’t feel as clean as expected; we even found a used Band-Aid hanging from a decoration in the children’s bunk room. It’s a great location and layout, but guests should be aware of the ongoing construction next door. I’d also recommend that management increase cleanliness standards to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests!

Great house for a multifamily vacation!

This is the perfect location!! Seaside is about 2 minutes away and the board walk to the beach is right in the back yard! We had a great time.

Memorial Week Family Trip

Great house for a large family trip! Plenty of bedrooms and spacious dining area for entertaining. It was so nice to have our own pool and to be steps away from the sand. We enjoyed dinners and sunset cocktails on the roof. There are a ton of stairs- so just keep that in mind when travelling with older adults. We were walking distance to goatfeathers seafood market and bought fresh seafood for dinner each night. We will definitely be back. Only complaint was some minor cleaning oversights in the bedrooms but nothing to deter us from coming back!

Great property and great location

As close to beachfront as you can get without beachfront. Beach access was confusing, we ended up using two different neighbors access - they never yelled at us, but would have been good to now it was allowed.

Beach Get Away

Overall, the trip was great! The house was very nice but did have a lot of stairs. The basement apartment was separate from the main part of the house and one of the bed rooms in the basement did not cool well. Other than that, the house was great! We would stay there again.

Awesome location and very neat property

20 of us stayed during Christmas vacation and everyone enjoyed the stay. Beach is awesome, property is very clean. Checkin n checkout process is very easy. I got very prompt responses for my enquiries. Not able to use the pool due low temperatures during the stay.
