Easy check-in and check-out process. Very clean and in an excellent location, close to Eiffel Tower

Easy check-in and check-out process. Very clean and in an excellent location, close to Eiffel Tower, Metro and lots of restaurants. Apartment is on ground floor - note it is on left hand side (not right hand side as per instructions). It is quite noisy, with front doors opening and closing and upstairs apartment. Kitchen is very small, but functional.

Thank you, Rhodri, for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you found the check-in and check-out process easy and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent location of the apartment near the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. We apologize for the confusion with the apartment's location instructions and any noise inconvenience during your stay. We're looking into updating the instructions for clarity and addressing the noise issue. It's great to know the kitchen, though small, met your needs. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience. Best regards, GuestReady Group Team

Super locatie in een schoon en ruim appartement Positive: De locatie was echt super! De bedden ware

Super location in a clean and spacious flat : The location was really super! The beds were lovely and it was really clean. The icing on the cake was the availability of a washing machine. The flat was spacious. The entrance was really nostalgic, with an old lift and a very cute courtyard garden. The day of our arrival, everything was decorated in Halloween theme. The pillows were not very nice and the flat was quite noisy. Also, the temperature did not seem to be very well regulated, it was always warm (but then again, we are picky about pillows, noise is also part of the city and better hot than too cold!). The instructions on which flat it was were not clear to us, but there was a nice neighbour who helped us on our way.

Thank you, Melissa, for your kind words about our flat's location and spaciousness. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the Halloween decorations and nostalgic entrance. It's great to know the washing machine added to your comfort. We are sorry about the issues with the pillows, noise, and temperature regulation. The feedback about the unclear instructions has been noted, and improvements are underway to enhance future guests' experiences. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again for an even more pleasant stay. Best regards, GuestReady Group Team
