It's in a very cute part of town. Very close to a metro line making getting around the city so easy. The place its self is super cute and communicating with the host was very easy.

I highly recommend this location! In addition, the flat itself is very clean, and nicely maintained. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate if you choose to cook in — but why would you do that with so many wonderful places to eat right outside your door. The contact for the property been highly responsive, quickly answering any questions I have. Great communication! You would think with it being so close to the Mouffetard, it would be noisy. But it is not. There’s a little bit of construction/renovation going on across the street but it is a short duration, and only during the day. My only problem, and it’s just a matter of my adjustment, is that the hot water runs out a little faster than I’d like. But it’s easy enough to structure our day to manage it.

Great location in the Latin Quarter - easily walkable. We were there in July, and it was extremely hot. There were three fans in the apartment, with only two working. We ended up buying three additional fans in order to sleep/hang in apartment comfortably. Please know that only children can sleep in the king bed upstairs - the ceiling is too low for anyone over 10. We ended up using the pull out couch as an additional bed. Other than the lack of cooling, it was a good place to stay.

It’s a beautiful apartment in an incredible location. All the amenities were great. Beds, kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Two comments. 1) bring an eye mask. The curtains don’t block the street light and it’s BRIGHT. 2) Communication with the hosts is a bit difficult and spotty. That said, we didn’t need them for anything. Nice place overall.

Here’s the real deal. It’s a 1 bedroom that also has an open loft (4’ ceiling, no wall or door separating) and a couch. We fit a family of four without issue, but it’s not really a 2br. The space is nice. Kind of boho-chic. Door opens basically right in the middle of rue Moufftard, which is great.Bring an eye mask. The curtains don’t completely cover the windows and it’s bright all night from street lights etc. Also ear plugs or white noise. It’s quite loud as well. 1st floor, door on the street without a courtyard.

Trying to find the place with inspructions provided was not easy. The colour of the door was changed, wand the directions when coming out of the buildign where wrong. Also it was hot in paris andthere was no air con in the building, so sleep was really hard as all we had where very weak fans. so took a large enjoyment out of it as there was no getting away from the heat. There are no window to open for when a breeze does come and there is no way to make the room dark. so 4am sun up rooms are light. But great location. Also the bedroom upstairs on has a hieght of 3 feet, this should be highlighted.

Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben die Umgebung ausgiebig erkundet und dabei viel Spaß gehabt. Die Ausstattung war super, besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Im Badezimmer gab es allerdings nicht genug Warmwasser für mehr als zwei Personen gleichzeitig. Das war etwas unpraktisch, da die Wohnung ja eigentlich für deutlich mehr als zwei Personen angeboten wird. Die Matratzen ließen auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ist aber wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet viel Stauraum und praktische Flächen – das war sehr hilfreich! Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Küchenspüle, das der Gastgeber sofort behoben hat. Danach hatten wir keine Probleme mehr. Die Kommunikation war super einfach und das Problem wurde umgehend gelöst. Wir waren total begeistert!
