Great location and great hosts! Extremely supportive throughout the booking process. The apartment was walking distance to Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower- prime location. The cleanliness of the apartment was “okay” … on the surface it was fine but after a few days we could see where a deep cleaning wouldn’t hurt.

My husband and I and our two granddaughters stayed here for two weeks in July. The location was excellent in a beautiful neighbourhood. We were able to walk to many areas/attractions and there were two metro stops only a block away making getting around Paris so easy. The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern updates but still keeping the character of the old building. It had plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to enjoy a few homemade meals. There was no air conditioning (which is normal for Europe) but even during the heat wave the apartment stayed comfortable using the two fans provided. We also were able to open the windows and catch a breeze. The hosts were very good communicating with us and even accommodated our early arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Paris!

Fabulous location! Near sites and great restaurants. Beautifully decorated. Responsive hosts but wish there had been a set of instructions so we didn’t have to keep asking questions. A bit hot during the heat wave— no AC but there were two fans. Wish there had been window coverings as well. It gets very light very early. Overall, an excellent location.

Regarding the early morning light, the apartment is equipped with traditional French shutters that can make the rooms almost completely dark when closed. Their presence is also mentioned in the listing, but we understand that they may not always be obvious to first-time visitors. As for the heat wave, Paris unfortunately experienced unusually high temperatures during your stay. While air conditioning is not permitted in our historic Haussmann-style building, we do provide fans and encourage guests to create a cross-breeze by opening windows on both sides of the apartment. We loved the apartment. Fabulous location - easy to get to various metro and bus options, Rue Cler is basically across the street, 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower grounds, what more can you ask for? The size of the apartment was great for our family (two parents, a 7 and 4 year old) and we loved the light in the sunroom. Being on the ground floor made checkin a breeze and the hosts were responsive, helpful and kind. A fantastic experience.

Communication was excellent, the handoff to get into the apartment was personal and easy, the apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It had two nice showers and sinks, then a single toilet and sink. A great kitchen with the needed amenities. The location was great next to the 8 metro and a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Right across the street from Rue Cler which was nice. Several markets and restaurants but yet still quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The host answered my emails quickly and was very helpful. The property was lovely and conveniently located near the metro, restaurants, Rue Cler, and pharmacies. It took me 4 days to find the silverware! I did not like rummaging in someone else's drawers. The washer/dryer combo was very nice.

This apartment is perfect! it is in a great location with restaurants, shops and metro near by within walking distance. It had every thing we needed for our one week stay in Paris. It is spotless and the beds were amazing! Both the owner and manager were a pleasure to interact with. Always responsive to any questions we had. I would certainly rate this apartment a 10!!!

We had a great vacation at the perfectly located apartment. It was clean and very spacious. It was beautifully decorated and was a very homy and relaxing after a long day out and about. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who wants would rather stay in an apartment in Paris.

The place is right in the heart of 7th arrondissement, right by Rue cler. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides.The two rooms are comfortable and cozy but the living room is the most spacious and has a nice sunroom/reading nook.There’s only one toilet room but it gets the job done. The place is nicely decorated and feels nice to get back from all the walking done around the city. Very close by the Metro 8 and multiple grocery stores.The hosts were super responsive on WhatsApp and very kind!
