Anthem Sun City 55 and over community. All new interior design throughout! Enjoy the open floor plan of this spacious home and relax with your own private patio with putting green. The master has a King bed; the second bedroom offers a Queen and the office/Den has a Murphy bed. The private den has a desk, monitor and wireless printer. The Poston Butte Golf Course is 2 minutes away. (Clubhouse amenities require 30 day minimum stay and there is a small fee for access card).

There is a saying that says there is no place like home. But I can honestly say this house felt just like home. It was comfortable it was clean. The host had different small amenities that made it very welcoming. Also the host was very quick if I had a question to message me immediately. I appreciate this type of customer service. I highly recommend this home if you were in the Florence area and I highly recommend this host for future stays.

Great house and amenities

Everything was as advertised. House was very nice, well kept and clean. Backyard was great with comfortable furniture. Very quiet neighborhood with great walking trails throughout. The clubhouse was amazing. Fitness center and pools were tremendous and golf course was great.

Beautiful, Clean and Roomy 2-Bedroom was perfect for our stay and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Deborah is a good communicator and easy to work with. We Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Great stay

House is very well outfitted. Appreciated the coffee, tea.. even a muffin mix! We were given the wrong information for checkin and wifi but that was quickly sorted out. Ad did say a printer was available (and it wasn’t) .. that was a bit of an issue for us but we managed to find somewhere to print. All in all great stay!

What a wonderful place!

Wonderful property, from the comfortable beds and luxurious towels, to the extremely well appointed kitchen and beautiful patio that had the most comfortable chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the bunnies, quail and doves all month. Loved everything about this! Thank you Deborah for everything!

the house was great. Very clean, space was great. they provide all the necessities needed for our stay. The onlydrawback was there was only 1 TV in the house. It would have been great if we had TV's in each bedroom. one other thing was it was very cold at night and there was no information in the guidelines in using the thermostat.I would love to stay here again because it is convenient to everything. The price was also very inexpensive for the week stay.

Best house in Sun City Anthem

Debbie, our host was incredibly accessible. Her home was pristinely clean and included everything a guest could need and beyond. Towels, tissues, tp, kitchen essentials, baggies, laundry detergent-just everything. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s but Debbie’s rental goes above the standard. Bring your suitcases and that’s it!! Thank you for a fantastic stay! (PS/bring a putter)

Very nice

This place was wonderful .Quiet community, nice back yard to just sit and enjoy. Wonderful people in the neighborhood ,very friendly and loved that was a 55 and older community. Very clean and had a lot of supplies so we didnt have to bring toilet paper , paper towels etc like some places. Any time I need to contact the owner she responded right away. She was wonderful to work with. The only thing I would suggest is an iron and ironing board. Would stay again. Thank you had a wonderful stay.

Nice property

Very well set up and well equipped. However, the ad said it had a BBQ. This was a deal breaker for me that it was not there. The manager tells me there has not been one for more than a year. I consider this false advertising and deceptive.
