Quiet and relaxing place to enjoy a panoramic ocean view and the relaxing sounds of the ocean.

Aloha Oceanview Dana Point is the ultimate coastal retreat! Enjoy ocean views that stretch to Catalina from this light and bright three-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bathroom townhome. Open 1,830 square foot floor plan with central air conditioning, upgrades and new furniture throughout.

Enter to an open great room warmed by a fireplace with two sliding glass doors that lead out to the spacious entertainer's deck with a backdrop of the ocean beyond.
Kitchen includes coffeemakers, air fryer, crock pot, pots and pans and kitchenware.

All three bedrooms are upstairs including the primary suite that hosts an ocean/beach view seating area, a private deck perfect for taking in colorful sunsets, a walk-in closet, and bathroom with step-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. Two secondary bedrooms and a full bath complete the second level.

Includes an attached two-car garage with washer and dryer.

Private community pool, spa, and park overlooking the dramatic coastline of Dana Point.

While you can see and hear the ocean - you likely will want to take a short drive to the beaches - the walk is about 20 minutes and includes a steep hill.

Situated near picturesque beaches, Dana Point Harbor, Lantern Village, Monarch Beach Resort, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This was a wonderful property, and the daily view (and sounds!) of the ocean made it even more special! Ginny and Tom are great hosts who promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for a fantastic holiday vacation!!

Better than expected

Needed a temporary place to stay and rented this gem for 6 weeks - beautiful views, very comfortable furnishing and a nice quiet neighborhood!!Would highly recommend!!

Amazing views of Pacific Ocean!!!

Lovely vacation home😀 It has all the comforts of home and then some with high end finishes. I truly appreciate the home decor and all the thoughtful furnishings and touches. Plus the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean are just awe inspiring. And Ginny and Tom are very prompt to answer questions too.

Outstanding view, great location

Thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse with the beautiful views of the ocean and Dana Point Harbor during the day and at night. The condo came with many extras and amenities including a fully stocked kitchen with an Airfryer, OXO electric tea pot, keurig and a regular coffee maker. Two bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, with master BR view and sitting areas absolutely amazing-even better than captured in the photos! Outdoor space was inviting and appreciated, especially on sunny April afternoons.

Great location with beautiful views

We loved our stay with Ginny and Tom. They were fantastic hosts who really put a lot of thought and care into their property. There are expansive views. The kitchen and house is well-stocked with high end options and everything you might need. Within driving distance there is access to the beach and a ton of nearby stores and restaurants. It’s a safe neighborhood condo complex. We would absolutely stay again!
