Sunsets and Location

The view of the sunsets from the roof/deck were amazing! We loved the location that was away from traffic and there weren't a lot of people near the condo. There were plenty of beach supplies in the garage! Great spot for a get-a-way!

Amazing Stay in Great Location

Daniel's house is in the best location of north county san diego, very close to carlsbad village, and walking friendly to the oceanside pier as well! Daniel and Sarah provide the best communication whenever we had questions and needed help! Absolutely loved the stay at this place! Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great hospitality!

Communication A++ Anytime we had questions or needed anything, Mr. Cooper responded quickly. He also checked in throughout our stay which to us was great service. Townhome was well organized and clean. Comfortable 3 level home with plenty of room. Kitchen and house all around well equipped with essentials. Roof top is an incredible space for all hours of the day! Awesome view and refreshing sound of the ocean! Quick access to the beach. Great and friendly neighborhood. Railroad is next to home. It was a great experience for our kids every time different trains passed. We thought it would be an inconvenience to be near the train but it was the complete opposite. Train passes quietly and sometimes you don’t even notice it. Overall, our family of six had an incredible time staying here. It was home away from home. If we need to stay in Oceanside in the future, this will be the first place we check for availability. Thank you Mr. Cooper!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our young family wanted to have an escape near the ocean and to be able to walk to the awesome spots in South Oceanside. It always feels like we are on vacation. Take your pick between funky Oceanside or Carlsbad Village. Both are 5 min drives in either direction. Encinitas is 15 minutes.

Walk or Bike to Pour House for an al fresco dinner, wine, burgers or poke bowl. Wrench and Rodant Sushi is 4 min walk and wins every food award in North County. Vegan- Try the Plot, 5 min walk as well. Coffee- Buccaneer, Captain’s Helm, Revolution Roasters all under 10 min walk. Still hungry- Dija Mara, Switchboard, Bagby, Pacific Spirits, Privateer Pizza, Municipal Tacos all super close.

New hotels, Seabird and Mission Pacific in Downtown Oside. Don’t miss Parlor Donughts. Thank me later. Or try “The Goods” in Carlsbad. Handels Ice Cream Stand worth massive waits.

Other adventures- Legoland, Disneyland, SeaWorld, Knotts Barry Farm, Petco for Padres Games, Wild Animal Park, Temecula Wine Tasting, Mexico, Beer Tasting.

Downtown San Diego is 35-40 minutes down the 5. Little Italy and a million other activities await.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Great combination of access to the water for surf, a short drive for great beaches and walking distances to restaurants and coffee. Amazing jump off for a great Southern California weekend. There are no mid-term rentals in North San Diego County like it.
