Maison de trois chambres à coucher avec salle de jeux / chambre individuelle. La maison principale a trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain complètes:
Master - Lit King
Chambre à l'avant - lit Queen - Cette chambre dispose d'un bureau et peut donc être utilisée comme bureau
Troisième chambre - lit queen et gigogne (deux jumeaux)

Bonus unité individuelle a un lit double et salle de bain complète. Peut être utilisé comme salle de vidéo ou de jeu (Xbox1 incluse).

Marcher ou monter (4 vélos inclus) à Carlsbad Village pour les restaurants et les magasins. Si vous préférez dîner à l'intérieur, la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour concocter des délices culinaires. Gril à gaz extérieur fourni. Family time near the beach

Great place to stay near the beach in Carlsbad. We spent our vacation visiting family in the area and attractions, zoo, SeaWorld, tidal pools, etc.

Great location

We loved our stay at this house. Really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards and tons of beach towels. The location is great, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the village. Plenty of space and great front and back patio.

This property is very close to the beach. Everything you need for your stay and the beach is there. Lots of room to spread out. Very quiet at night. Awesome place to vacation in Carlsbad CA.

Wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Plenty of parking, beach shower, steps from Carlsbad State beach. Easy walk to restaurants and Carlsbad Village. Owners are highly responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Another Nice Visit

We have stayed at this property multiple times. While not luxurious, it is very comfortable and an absolutely perfect location. You are just one property back from Carlsbad Blvd and have an ocean view from the front porch. Perfect for sunsets and walks along the boulevard to watch the surfers and listen to the waves crash.

Doesn't get any better than this!

This is our second stay at Clarissa's as we have found our Carlsbad "home"! Plenty of room for our annual family gathering with everything we need to enjoy the house, the beach, and each other. We especially like that stairs down to the water's edge are just a block away. Thank you, Clarissa and Dave!

Comfy cottage

The Toes in the Sand Cottage was perfect for us. It was casual and comfy. The cottage had everything you could possibly need including a well stocked kitchen. To just sit outdoors on the roomy front porch chat or read a book and look at the ocean was “priceless.” Every day (sometimes 2-3 times a day) we walked to the village of Carlsbad. The area provides plenty of opportunities to walk, bike, eat or just sit on the beach. We loved it!

Perfect!!!

Very, very cool house! Love EVERYTHING about it. It’s decor and uniqueness create an atmosphere that will stay with you and call you back for more. So close to the beach and quaint Carlsbad Village. Clarissa is such an accommodating host. We have never found anyone better. This was our 3rd time renting this home… and we’ll be back for a 4th. If you rent it, please don’t mess it up. :)

Always Pleasant

This was our second stay and so knew exactly what to expect. The location could not be better. Plenty of chairs on the patio to watch the sunset over the ocean. There is room for many more people than just the 2 of us. I spoke to the owner and was informed that even the sofa pillows are kept clean and that was really nice to know as we use them. Plenty of televisions. Once you learn how to use the thermostat, temps are very comfy. Once a screen or two are repaired, you will be able to open the doors for some nice ventilation.

Our toes have never been happier!

Outstanding in every way! We love this beach house. We are very picky about our rentals - always seeking high-level cleanliness and uniqueness. This was our second stay here and we’re coming back for more great memories next year. Clarissa (host) is extremely reachable, accommodating, and dedicated to providing a perfect “toes in the sand” experience for her guests. The only thing we didn’t like about it was having to leave.

Overall this property was perfect for our needs. The owner was available if needed. The house is very comfortable and more than adequate for 2 people. Sitting on the porch to watch the sunset over the ocean was great & such a quick walk across Carlsbad Blvd. to watch the surfers and take long walks in the morning.

A good fit for us.

We were very pleased with the property. It was exceptionally well stocked and convenient. The owner was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed easy access to the ocean. Tho a long walk to the village, driving and parking in the train station parking lot worked well during the week.

Like home, only better

Everything was done so well, so thought-out for comfort and convenience. We cooked all our meals but one and the kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances, pots and pans, and cooking tools. Lots of comfy places to gather inside and out so we could be all together, or in different parts of the house if we wanted some alone time. The beds were so comfortable, with a mix of blankets and pillows to make the bed just right. There were ALL the beach things; toys, chairs, towels, and more. The hosts were so very kind and responsive. And the beach! It was just down the street. All that we'd hoped for and more.

Our Best Vacation Home Ever

My family and I have been vacationing in Carlsbad for several years. Clarissa and Dave's beach house was the best we've ever had! There are multiple reasons why: 1. Five minute walk to a great stretch of beach, handy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, along with umbrellas, and loads of beach toys and towels. 2. Wonderful front porch with plenty of comfortable seating and back porch with patio table and chairs and ping pong table. 3. Classy, colorful and fun beach decor inside with TV's in two different gathering areas, each with its own couches, end tables, etc. TV's in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, including a perfect set-up in one bedroom for parents and two kids. Two tables for dining or the multiple board games provided. We wanted for nothing, and my family kept repeating that they loved the house. Kudos to Clarissa and Dave for creating such a family friendly, memory-making home.

Carlsbad Getaway

The photos don't do this property justice. We have stayed at quite a few rentals over the years in the San Diego area, but this was by far the nicest. The house is very well equipped with just about anything you might need for preparing meals or just socializing. When we arrived, the master shower just didn't have any pressure, I called Clarissa and within 1 hour a plumber had arrived and fixed the problem, superior response on her part. The location is perfect, close to everything. And after years of fighting with crowds in MB for parking and trying to get some quite time, this place was perfect. Our little dog loved sitting out on the front porch greeting everyone who walked by, and there were grassy areas very close so he could relieve himself when needed. We would highly recommend this rental to just about anyone, we certainly look forward to returning. Thank You Clarissa.

Relaxing and lovely rental

Our family (a party of 5 adults) was here for a wedding and visiting friends in Carlsbad. I found this place on VRBO and loved the looks and the reviews. It did not disappoint! First off, A+ in communication! Clarissa was so helpful and so prompt in communicating. Everything was clearly explained and the notes left at the house were very complete. We loved the decor and the layout... so SoCal! Great colors, comfy sitting areas, lots of room for eating, several TVs, a sound system...Wow! The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms are well equipped with nice comforters and blankets. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, too, as well as a nice choice of bath products. The kitchen has everything you need... ample paper and soap products, good quality pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, etc. There were lots of condiments in the refrigerator as well as spices/seasonings, baking products (sugar, flour, etc) in the cabinets. So well equipped!! There is a small casita in the back with a game system, bed and bathroom...it was perfect for our single child. We loved the outside area with the table and chairs on the decks, Cornhole!!, beach chairs, coolers, etc. You can see the sunset over the ocean from the front deck. And location! Walk up one house to the corner and the beach strand is right across the road. We could hear the waves crashing, see the sunset, and take a walk along the ocean.. all in such close proximity. Next time we are out this way, we will definitely try to stay here again!!

Amazingly equiped, clean and roomy

By far the best beach house we have stayed at in Carlsbad (we've rented 5 separate places) We stayed with a total of 7 adults and infant and a dog. Inside: plenty of room in every bedroom with the addition of tower fans, AC, and extra bedding. This place is stocked to the brim with towels, board games, cooking supplies and utensils. It comes with both Keurig and drop coffee. Plenty of setting room both inside and outside. Outside: The property is well fenced and I had no worries of my 60lb boxer sneaking out. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and we'll located. The front porch has enough room for 8 to sit and have coffee in the morning while the back has a large patio table. The small Casita room in the back comes in handy for the extra single guest and gives them there own space. All of the beach gear is in good shape and plenty of it to support the amount of guests. We will definitely be making this our go to rental next year! Thank you to Clarissa for the very timely responses and the ease of check-in and check out. Cons: The only issue we had while staying here was wifi coverage in the master bedroom made the tv difficult to use. Suggestion: A few bikes would be a great addition to this already amazing house.

Perfect beach week!

We loved our stay! The house is adorable and so well equipped and comfortable. The owners thought of everything. We loved the location - steps to the beach and easy walk to Carlsbad Village Square. We could even watch the sunset from the front porch. Plenty of parking and a fully fenced yard for our dog who loved the visit as much as we did! The neighborhood is quite, clean, and safe. We had a lovely week!

June vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property with friends. The location is fantastic with beach access a block away and a 10 minute walk to the Carlsbad Village. We loved the outdoor space in the back for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of extra linens and beach towels. The outdoor single bedroom is not air conditioned and has limited ventilation but with the cool nights it was fine. Bonus was the nice beach chairs, boogie boards , and surf board. The grill was also in good shape which was nice if we stayed in for dinner. Plenty of room for all and we would stay here again.

Something for everyone

We traveled to this lovely beach cottage in Carlsbad to celebrate family birthdays. We had 3 generations together from our 6-month-old granddaughter to our teenagers, their parents and then the 70-year-old grandparents who still enjoy swimming in the ocean. The location of this home was perfect- right across the street from the gorgeous beach and walking distance to the village. We loved this home. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast everyday. The weather was wonderful so we sat outside for dinner every night. The home has outside and inside dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and lots of sleeping options. The bathrooms are lovely with a beautiful large shower in the master bath. In addition to the three bedrooms inside the home, there is a separate detached bedroom/game room with a bathroom which was perfect for our teenagers. The host provided everything needed and then some: bikes, boogie boards, a surf board, a gaming system, enough beach towels for our whole family, etc. The home was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The parking was ample for our three vehicles. Our host was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed, in fact she mailed our son’s tennis shoes home to us when he left them behind. The best compliment I can give is that our whole family voted to try to rent this home for our next family vacation. Thanks to our wonderful host for everything!
