Waterfront condo on the Cape Fear river in historic downtown Wilmington overlooking N.C. Battleship and boardwalk. Amazing sunsets from huge private balcony. One bedroom, one bath. Sleeps up to 4 (queen bed, Serta sofa bed & convertible chair in bedroom) Kitchenette with full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven & more. Restaurants and shops just outside the door & beaches just a 15 minute drive. New Live Oak Bank Pavilion just a short walk away! Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Spend a few hours at the beach, come back and enjoy a walk on the boardwalk, go to dinner and take in a sunset from the balcony.

Great stay in historic Wilmington

Great experience overall. The location was close to restaurants, bars and shops. It was nice being able to walk around Wilmington. About 20mins to the closest beach. Would definitely stay again.

July 4th Mini Vacation

Beautiful view from balcony of river, watching boats going in and out. Sunset was beautiful! Clean inside ,everything we needed. Will be back 💯

Great location,very clean,excellent communication

This condo is the perfect downtown river front location. It’s within a very short walking distance to the “main streets” of downtown Wilmington.We enjoyed walking to the local cafes in the morning and walking to dinner each evening. The sunsets over the river were pretty from the balcony. The building was secure and the condo was very clean(& the AC very cold on the 95 degree days).The owner called me as soon as my booking was confirmed, was very pleasant to talk to, & called to check on us during our stay.If back in the area, we would book this condo again.

Great stay in Wilmington

This condo was clean and secure, and is in a great location for exploring the shops and restaurants of Wilmington—everything is right at your doorstep. It's a short ~15 minute drive to Wrightsville beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at the end of the day, doing some people watching, and taking in the beautiful sunsets.

Fantastic stay

Had a meeting in town and typically book a hotel but the rate was a little lower than the waterfront hotel even though this condo was on the waterfront. EZ parking at parking deck across the street and building had secured code entry. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great view of the riverfront and battleship was literally right across from the condo. Everything downtown is within a 5-10 minute walk from this place. Owner reached out in advance of my stay and checked in during my stay to see how things were going... felt like I was at a 5-star hotel with that touch. Fantastic place, great stay... would stay there again and recommend to others.

Great location!

The condo is located in downtown Wilmington, directly across the Cape Fear River from the NC Battleship. There was a lot of options for eating, shopping, and entertainment. Just minutes away from Wrightsville beach.

We purchased this lovely condo in December of 2020. We married just minutes away at Wrightsville Beach 20 years ago and have always enjoyed the area. Our kids love the beach and we love downtown Wilmington, so this was a perfect fit for our family! We hope you will enjoy our cozy condo as much as we do!

The gorgeous sunsets from the balcony were one of the many standouts for this cute condo. Being in the heart of historic Wilmington and being able to step outside to the riverfront board walk are a dream come true for us.
