Modern Flat - Downtown

This gorgeous condo is bright and modern and offers two-bedroom suites with 2.5 baths. It is PERFECT for wedding guests! Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking space for the condo, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and fantastic bars and restaurants. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet in the entryway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

There is no dedicated parking at the townhouse. There is plenty of street parking available out front or on the side street at the corner of the building.

The place was very cute and a much better deal than staying at a hotel. There was a sweet coffee shop across the street that also sold wine and beer that we brought home for later that evening. I would stay here again.

Quick beach visit

This lovely home was just want we needed. The location was central to the areas we wanted tovisit. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, very satisfied with the location and connection with host. Check in and out process was smooth, facilities and necessities to cook, clean as well as essentials were provided to make the stay much more enjoyable and convenient. Close to downtown, stores, the beach as well as attractions. Would 110% re-book for future stays!

The place was adorable and clean. We had everything we needed (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). We struggled with the light in the bedrooms and would have benefited from blackout curtains. The location was in between a nice neighborhood and shady one.

Much Needed Family Getaway

Work related stress and spring break lead us to taking a mini vacation to Wilmington, NC. The house was central to the main attractions. There are bars/restaurants within a 5 min walk. The home was spacious with up to date appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a nice home. We will definitely book again!

Great experience

This place was perfect for us. We came down to Wilmington for a convention and it's close to the downtown area/riverwalk. It was great having 2 1/2 bathrooms, so no fighting over bathrooms or having to rush to get ready. We enjoyed our stay!

Wilmington Birthday Trip

I took my son to Wilmington for his 15th birthday and we stayed in this beautiful modern flat downtown. What a charming place! Not only was the interior very chic, the beds were super comfortable and the location could not have been better. We played some golf and ate great food on the water. We will definitely be back!

Great for our short getaway

Easy check-in. Great communication and quick responsiveness. The condo is modern and has all the basic necessities. My teenage daughter was happy to have her own bedroom with her own bathroom attached.

Beautiful condo

Condo was nicely decorated...beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for a family getaway. There is a train that comes through every night around 10 though...we enjoyed hearing it. But it surprised us at first.

Enjoyed the Rental

This is a great location as far as proximity to many things in Wilmington. It is very close to a railroad track and it does come through in the middle of the night. Enjoyed it very much though. Road noise is substantial as well. Manager was very helpful!

Fine place close to DT

My wife and I stayed here for the Wilmington 70.3 race and it was fine. It is close to shops and things to do. The manager had maintenance come out quickly when we needed smoke detector batteries replaced (chirping). Modern decorating and the kitchen had plenty of utensils, dinnerware, and pots for cooking. It also had a coffee machine and and electric heated pitcher for hot water for tea. Our only real issue with the property is that it butts right up to a major road and traffic noise is very loud. Noise is less in the bedroom towards the back of the house which we switched to after the first night. There is also the train tracks that run very close to the property and the train came through blaring horns a few times early in the morning (1:30am). If we were there for only the beach or to explore it would not have been a big deal so this is a situational issue for us. Overall the place was nice and cozy.
