The location is perfect if you want to explore the downtown area and the view is lovely. Entering the building is a bit complicated, but if you read through all the instructions to find the first door code the rest should go smoothly. While I wish parking was on the property having a free pass in a secure parking garage is a definite plus and it is only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is clean, cheerful and has everything you need for a short stay.

The condo was just as expected, spacious and clean. The location was very convenient. We had a little trouble with the door lock initially but the host was responsive and things were cleared up quickly. We had a great visit!

Beautiful Spot in the heart of Downtown Wilmington!

We had a great time on our visit to Wilmy! It was so nice to watch the river each evening and again in the morning with our coffee. The condo is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Riverfront Downtown Wilmington Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Wilmington! It is located in the heart of downtown with so many things to see and do. This place was perfect for my little family with a great view of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfect for a getaway and within walking distance of everything! Downtown Wilmington has so much to offer! Gene was very communicative about check in & out procedures. We would definitely stay here again!!

We were just down for 1 night for a concert. It was great. My only complaint was there was a lot of noise outside late… skateboarders at 1:30am and loud music… other than that, it was lovely

Everything was great. Only draw back is no onsite parking. We had to park two blocks away in a parking garage. Stop pick up pass then park car. Then go get car and come back to leave the pass. Not convenient. . .

This appartment is Spectacular!!! Has to be the cleanest, and most equipped appartment we've ever stayed in. The Manager was the nicest, and communication was spot on. Gorgeous view. Can not speak enough how amazing this appartment is!!
