The condo was just as expected, spacious and clean. The location was very convenient. We had a little trouble with the door lock initially but the host was responsive and things were cleared up quickly. We had a great visit!

The location is perfect for everything downtown in Wilmington and directly across from the ship. Easy check-in and prompt communication with the Host. All matched the listing for the most part. There's no oven, rather a 2 burner cook top. Bed was very comfortable! The heat pump/air exchange is VERY loud as it is right beside the bed, and ambient light outside makes the room bright. I wear earplugs and use a sleep mask, so it was ok. The only real issue was with the Spectrum TV internet access, particularly in the living room. I called the host and we tried various things, but to no avail. The WiFi worked most of the time, but the TV had no Internet. I ended up just using the hotspot on my phone so we could watch the NCAA basketball games. The host called Spectrum and they came the 2nd day and it was fixed (he sent photos) but it wasn't working when we got back in the evening. It was a Spectrum thing, not an issue with the TV itself. It was just disappointing because I chose that unit for the big TV in the living room.The view is spectacular on the balcony. The chairs out there are fake wicker that are showing their age, but make a morning view of the boat with a cup of coffee comfy.The toilet flushed very slowly, so we held the handle down until it all flushed down. The toilet rod is loose in the bathroom, just needs to be tightened or replaced.Overall a fect place for walking Wilmington at a pretty reasonable price. The parking pass is a big plus!

Great Condo and Location

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Clean, easy to get to, spacious, and immediate answer by the host when I had trouble with the lock. This will be our go to condo over the next 4 years while my daughter is at UNCW

Beautiful Spot in the heart of Downtown Wilmington!

We had a great time on our visit to Wilmy! It was so nice to watch the river each evening and again in the morning with our coffee. The condo is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Riverfront Downtown Wilmington Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Wilmington! It is located in the heart of downtown with so many things to see and do. This place was perfect for my little family with a great view of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay.

Everything was great. Only draw back is no onsite parking. We had to park two blocks away in a parking garage. Stop pick up pass then park car. Then go get car and come back to leave the pass. Not convenient. . .

We were just down for 1 night for a concert. It was great. My only complaint was there was a lot of noise outside late

Good location. Walking distance to everywhere downtown. Parking is off site, but safe. Condo was perfect for two, maybe cramped for 3. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this riverfront property is ideal. We have stayed in this area often over the last 10 years or so. The views are amazing, we enjoy the Farmer's mkt, being able to walk to everything. This property is well appointed. New policy of the HOA is that netting be placed on the balcony due to pigeons, it impedes the view somewhat & was disappointing but this is a great property. Highly recommend

Not our favorite but fine just the same.

Great location. Property OK, Bathroom sink not draining well, Ok furniture, good bed, weird to have vacuum out in the bedroom, nice to have a little porch with a good view. Wilmington was not our favorite city. Will not be coming back.

~Please let us know if extra linens will be needed for pull out sofa 24 hrs prior to arrival.
~ This is a NON smoking condo. If sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
~ ID is required for all guest on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival.
~Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys and parking pass must be returned or $150.00 loss of your deposit.
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs.
