Loft Coucher de Soleil Thumb Butte - Centre-ville

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from this stylish studio downtown loft. Only two blocks from The Historic Courthouse Plaza where you'll find tons of history, shopping, restaurants, and of course, Whiskey Row.

Plenty of outdoor space with your own private, west facing balcony, with great sunset views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. Relax among the birds, berries, flowers, grapes(PYOG), and cacti, in the backyard. It's entirely fenced, and your pet is welcome to roam. The courtyard is a shared space, but the 4 person outdoor dining area and charcoal grill is exclusive to you and your guests.

You have a private gate entrance which leads to your door with keypad access. Once inside, your kitchenette is on the first floor, then one flight of stairs to the rest of the loft.

Please note the second bedroom is more of hideaway sleeping space than full size bedroom. It has a very comfortable queen sized bed, but is a tight fit for adults with the low ceiling. Generally kids love it and it’s setup with them in mind. Please see photos and description of 2nd bedroom if you plan to use it. It is off of the main living space, through the small door to the left of the desk in photos.

The location was awesome, so close to Whiskey Row, which we were looking for. The place was cute and clean and had all the basics plus some. It was an odd configuration with the kitchenette downstairs, but worked. It was the most reasonably priced place and dog friendly, which we needed. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful property! The view is absolutely accurate to what you expect and the house is just as great! Extremely clean, exactly as pictured and everything you need. The walking distance to whiskey row is perfect also and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host, Shane, was very communicative and kind. Gave great directions and available to answer any questions. Would stay here again!

My friend and I were very impressed with our stay at the VRBO. The property was in a Great location with a fabulous view of Thumb Butte and very close to downtown Whiskey Row. It was very clean and the decor was very cute. I definitely would recommend this VRBO.

Loved our stay. Very nicely furnished loft apartment. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom is huge with lovely amenities, outdoor landscaping in private yard was enjoyable. Bottled 2ater and coffee were a nice touch. Deck is a treat but unfortunately it overlooks many dilapidated homes with junk in their yards.

Everything was great other than 2 adults can stay but one of the "rooms" is a kids hole in the wall with a bed in it not recommended for adults that need separate beds is all. Unless you like crawl spaces.. thanks again shane

Cute loft in a great location

My family enjoyed staying here for a quick trip to Prescott. It was a quiet little area close enough to downtown for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and my 6 year old son loved the little hideaway room.

Great location, views & very peaceful

This was a great property for a couple or small family to enjoy a getaway in the quaint city of Prescott. An easy walk to historic downtown and a peaceful place to relax in the evenings and watch the sun go down on the deck. Would highly recommend!

My girls and I had a great time during our stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Shane was very responsive with all communication and the location was perfect to everything we wanted to go see. We would definitely stay there again.
